The speed is there. Fizdale's conditioning focus is already making a difference.

Exactly!!! Conditioning was one of the advantages Riley's teams always had over the opponents...Rileys teams were always in better condidion than everyone else...Fiz being from the Riles tree adapted that philosophy.
