AWESOME..but its actually 21 days till opening night cause its 3 weeks from tonight which is 21 days, but its still close enough...and to think we started this thread at 63 days ...ALLBALL

I'm gonna pretend I didn't just read that.
I'll deal with adding another day once we get down to one, and it seems bareable.

some things i took away from this game:

1. vin still is a jock. he has no concept of passing. he went up for a shot even when he was surrounded by 3 spurs.

2. sweetney doesn't get the ball enough. i think all those post passes to vin should just go to sweetney. he does something no other knick bigman does, HE GETS TO THE LINE!!! so keep giving him the ball.

3. there will be some games, and i mean some games, where ariza COULD take some minutes away from a timid tim thomas. ariza is pure potential and could get around 10-15 mins/night just on his pure aggressiveness and hustle and during the course of the season, could push for more. and the key here is that he plays defense. when tim goes into those disappearing stretches, i don't think lenny would hesitate for a second to put in skyriza.

I reckon if Dolan is out of town, Spree goes 1-9.

Then we'll see what Sweets can do against a real Power Forward. I don't expect him to stop him, but will he score.

And Craw, oh Craw!!!!! I'm so excited to see what he's gonna do for us in a real game, I could pop right now!!!!!!
