I was told I was insane to even consider benching Melo. Fk that! Fish would earn major authority doing it and show the team how things work in a real team culture. If Melo's ego crumbled, it is not like he would lead us to the holy land if he is that weak. Coddling really bad play sends the wrong message to everyone.

The Knicks cannot trade him at all...unless he agrees to waive his clause. Pretty dumb decision by Phil, he wasnt passing on the money, and to make things worse the few million he gav back he gets it right back if traded due to the kicker.
