That my friend is REALLY SAD.

Yup.

mr 5-19 would certainly be a valuable addition to this game.

The element that he brings to the game is severely missed. No one is getting into the teeth of defense sans Melo's post ups. Felton breaks the defense down and forces them to rotate which opens up the floor for others...

Lets get a PG here who can penetrate and not shoot

This is the real world not fantasy basketball. No one is coming in here to save the day. Felton can get it done. He was really good first couple of weeks of the season. He's inconsistent but he'll get it back on track, and then will slip again at some point but thats who he is...

Melo is unguardable, but him on the court should make the rest of our team better with guys moving without the ball. Even Brewer got a driving layup on ball movement. We won't beat top defensive teams with this mindset. Woody has to give the guys courage to look off Melo and JR sometimes in favor of ball movement to the open man like back doors. When ever we play well the ball moves and everybody is included in the offense. This is starting to bother me.

The fact that we gave up 58 pts at half should bother you more....If we rebound and defend the PNR we win...

Melo and JR are iso-genious. They are quite useless in motion offense... So what are you talking about?

I think Woodson is the one pandering to Melo (and sometimes JR) at the expense of ball movement. I obviously dont know for sure but when he has little to no reaction after one of their bad iso shots, it makes it seem as if he has no problem with them taking those.

Calm down. This falls on Woody for bringing in Amare at the 5 instead of the 4 with Camby at the 5. We only down 11

How did we come back against sac-town ? Did you forget ? Everybody got into the offense so they hustled on defense.

It is cool and we need Melo and JR at the court all the time and a couple of decoy shooters like Novak, Kid, Coupe...
What STAT, Brew, Whites are for I am not sure. Just ballast.

Thats it. I was scratching my head at Amare coming in @ the 5 when we were already getting pounded on the glass. Camby should have gotten in sooner at the expense of Novak...

Lol yeah it seems that way. Tysons one of the most obvious with that mindset. During the Brooklyn game he started to D up Lopez really well after Felton was force feeding him lob passes

Offense isn't the problem, we just gave up 58 pts at the half. Its the defensive end that will get us back in the game and hopefully over the top....

Camby is a sub for Chandler... Same player without hoops.
Novak is OK rebounder and defender. Much better that STAT for sure.
