DISGRACEFUL

I didnt see a problem with it. They got out played. No need to be a baby like Lebron and run off.

Hand shake/wave/maybe gentlemen salute they were giving out hugs like an Italian Mob family getting together for dinner on E Sunday smiles and all. The 90s teams had respect for each other but hugging guys asking for court side tickets to the next round is MarshMelo.

I still can't get over the refs....game 1 was ours and they took it away from us.

Would have been a completely different series.

3rd qrt should be what we live and die by. We're no less talented than the Pacers who have led or been in the majority of their series for 4gms with an interim coach

Our supporting cast is worse than the Pacers by a significant margin, IMHO, and the Pacers don't even have a great supporting cast.

Wishing everyone well. I enjoyed posting here for a while, but as I matured I realized this forum isn't for me. We all evolve. Thanks for the memories everyone.

I felt it was a respect thing. Knicks got outplayed.

It wasnt that serious.

I felt better that they tried to climb back. To me this was a good year. I didn't want a sweep but with the injuries it really put us at a disadvantage cuz we had no depth. I look forward to next season!

for somebody who spews as much hatred here as you, i would've thought you'd be down with the "let's meet them in the parking lot" mentality.

Boston didnt play any dirtier than they usually do. We all know Garnett and Pierce are jackasses on the court. I dont think they act like that off the court though.

Basketball over. Knicks need keep Billups one more year, get C, resign Shawne Williams and sign a 2nd/3rd tier star player. Now onto the Yankees....

Roger "Brick" Mason can go, too. He is not reliable and his shot is hideous.

I swear I saw Mason ask Ray Allen for tickets....lol

Ewing respected Michael

Reggie respected Bird

Yeah I guess you can show respect in many ways but these guys are too buddy buddy and this is where the league is going anyway. It's wack overall and makes competing that much less to reach an APEX

Did you see how many times players were getting picked up off the floor by the opposing team?

Just mad that the rest of the world could see Anthony Carter needed at least 30 minutes every game after Billups went down but D'Antoni couldn't see it. He is a failure as a coach and needs to be let go asap. He got his playoff shot and it was a terrible showing outside of the First Game.

I will say this with all the pain of the world and you won't like it, but I have to let this go:

I was proud as hell of this team after two games. They gave me more than most expected and we were really close of winning one if not both games. I loved the team because if we were going to be beaten, we had to give our best effort and we did in those two games.

But they came back home and played uninspired and undisciplined D. The offense wasn't solid, but credit has to go to the (how much I hate them) Celtics. But the lack of defensive poise at home is unforgivable and makes me say goodbye to a rollercoaster season not proud of my team. Im not proud of their effort no matter how we were injured.

I respect Amar'e after this series, especially for this last effort. Its HIS team. He proved me a lot, especially injured.

But of all the matchups in this year's playoffs, this was the least that should've been a sweep, but we made it happen. That is nothing to be proud of.

Swept. Horrible ending to this season. We hav a lot of personnel to change.

Bill Walker was very competitive and played like he cared..He should get a shot with the new coach.

Another season, and more adversity to persevere through. We will get the job done, even BETTER than last year. GO KNICKS!

Tell you why he didn't get any burn from the looks of the series...he was veteran enough to ignore coach telling him to back off and give Rondo space instead of crowding him.

Bill Simmons on Tyreke Evans "The prototypical 0-guard: Someone who handles the ball all the time, looks for his own shot, gets to the rim at will and operates best if his teammates spread the floor to watch him."

Our defensive rotations are also putrid. I hope we demand D'Antoni gets a defensive minded assistant coach if he stays.

The second half was a great effort. Anthony Carter and Shawne williams played with poise and deserve a spot on this team next year. Landry, though I love him, looked nothing like his former self...he deserves to be reassessed after training camp to see if he fits here.
Amare is still my MVP...it was his fearlessness that got everyone going. He is a f'n warrior!!! I can't help but wonder what these last three games would have been like if he was healthy.
Go Knicks!!! I hope they wipe the floor with the celtics next year.

Don't forget his postseasons with those stacked Suns teams he had, they were failures too.

Fields needed to be benched long ago but of course Dantoni does it when it is too late. Walker should have been starting long ago.
