tough loss.

Lee battled Bosh well.

Hedo. I can't stand that guy..

Raps bench did a good job..

Gallo had a good game. didn't see the ball late at all..

chandler dissapeared. we really needed him.

where was jeffries?

Al is a physco!! A basketball dummy.. get this fool out of here..

Gallo didn't want to pass the ball to him on that last play.. he had no choice.. at that point. I knew taht fool would force a shot..

tough loss...

Hey dantoni.. keep running your offense this way... at this rate, lee will be an allstar next year, although we will be 20 games under .500..

Someone better get to JHill too because he is starting to develop some bad habits. Playing on this team it is understandable. No set roles on this team, everybody is convince they can flat out score on anybody. Big Al must be running shop

Lee battled Bosh well. (I didn't care for his defense until late)

Hedo. I can't stand that guy.. (you always kill Hedo but he is good.

Raps bench did a good job.. (that is now their strong point)

Gallo had a good game. didn't see the ball late at all.. (good first half but become too passive the 2nd half)

chandler dissapeared. we really needed him. (yeah but injuries kept him in and out of the game. They should let him just heal)

where was jeffries? (hyper extended knees could be out longer)

Al is a physco!! A basketball dummy.. get this fool out of here.. (He's Big Al)

Gallo didn't want to pass the ball to him on that last play.. he had no choice.. at that point. I knew taht fool would force a shot.. (See above, he is Big Al)

tough loss... (no doubt)

Hey dantoni.. keep running your offense this way... at this rate, lee will be an allstar next year, although we will be 20 games under .500.. (too much Lee sometimes but... yeah sometimes too much Lee)

I caught the last couple of minutes. The Knicks did not get a couple of calls late. Was that a charge or a block at the end? I thought Jarrett was moving.
Tough loss, but Raptors are red hot.

Thanks Kam, I got back at 102-104. Just as I thought it was Al and Nate down the stretch, losing the game for us.

nyk4ever - raptors were struggling during the first 4.5 weeks of the season. jose then got hurt for about 10 games. jack started and did a great job. then jose was eased back in as the 1st guard off the bench. triano didn't want to disrupt that so he kept it that way...but that doesn't determine playing time. the better guard will play and he also plays both of them together alot.

Wilson needs to become an assassin before we start calling him one... he hasn't really taken over games in crunchtime... but he's got the ability, just needs to gain the mindset.

I don't think anyone can be like that on this type of team. Too many guys seem to think they are capable of doing this feat including guys who are the bench and those who aren't even in the rotation.

it's a question of mindset... guys like Nate & Al will **** up but they want the ball in crunchtime cuz they want to be that guy... they're not afraid to take the big shots, hit or miss... many times u wanna kill them for taking a bad shot, but then they also have the ability to take over a game like they both showed tonight in spurts... Wilson has rarely done that in the time i've watched him play... he's another guy that seems to put up stats throughout the course of the game but isn't really a guy that takes over... he's got that ability tho, just gotta gain that confidence to step up... i love Wilson tho, he makes plays that other guys on this team can only dream about making... he's so athletic it's scary, he just needs to get some Sprewell nastiness in him & he'll be an Allstar for sure someday.

that shotblock was big, but Lee was there for the putback... him & Lee went at it hard tonight... it was an intense game, very entertaining to watch... too bad it had to end on another boneheaded possession... come out of a damn timeout drawing out a play & no one knows wtf they're doing on the biggest possession of the game... this is why we can't talk about playoffs yet, they don't know how to close.

dude's been seeing sporadic play all year... he doesn't even know if he's coming in or going out... hard for a young kid to gain confidence playing that way... this is why it was so frustrating to see him sitting on the bench earlier in the season while we were playing scrubs that had no real future on this team... until MDA commits to playing this kid extended minutes & leaving him in the rotation, this is what you're going to see... he'll look great for spurts & then he'll look a little lost like he did tonight... 1 thing u have to be happy about is the fact he never stops working no matter how he's playing that night.

i think he will be moved before next season...but i don't see anything happening this deadline - only b/c he makes $8-10 mil/year and the raptors probably won't go into luxury land. so to upgrade other positions, he may have to go.

lee is a really good player but bosh has game takeover ability. there is a reason everyone in the league thinks he will get the max. he's the best PF in the game and is only 25. you can give him the ball and clear out and there's a good chance he scores or gets to the line. he is *this* close to being really special...but i think a coach has to get him to that next level (like phil did with pippen and riley did with ewing).

interesting. i think he'd be a great PG here with the knicks, but i doubt donnie is going to want to add 8-10 mil to the payroll.. maybe post-lebron signing something can be worked out (if i'm allowed to dream)

i like the way the raptors play and i know you and finestrg were talking how antoine wright's D, i was watching him today, his D is great.. i think the raps might be able to surprise a few people this year. i think they gotta get a surefire scorer from the guard position though via trade if they want to be serious contenders in the east.

and for those wondering - triano said before the game bargs was playing with a sprained ankle...which explains why he wasn't able to get anything going...and he's not that great in back to backs either. but he did come up with some huge defensive plays when it counted.

lee was visibly gassed at the start of the 4th.

and the game changed when nate took some ill advised shots in the 4th with the lead.

that's going to be tough to get. the future is demar...but all of that hinges on bosh re-signing. i think demar has a chance to be really really good. and if bosh stays, he and bargs are 25/24 and demar is 20. that's a good foundation for a long time.

the big rumor (by a supposed insider) was jose for caron and we would play him at the 2.

wow, jose for a caron is a god damn steal. Butler + Bosh + Bargs would be the killer b's and i think would contend for sure
