I feel bad that Nate's effort didnt payoff. Still good game, defense didnt look so horrible and non-existent as people would have you believe.

I would love to get a still shot of Nate Rob looking Shaq in the eye when the both JUMPED for a rebound.

It sucks because we battled so hard! I love this Knicks for their effort and never quitting.

That said, CUT OFF WITH THE CRAZY 3s!! Man, I have no problem with shooting 20 to 30 of them if they are good looks, but most of this shots were bad shots taken in terrible moments of the game. You cut the lead to 6, you penetrate and get to the line. You don't shoot a three once you get the ball down, get the offensive rebound and shoot another crazy three. That is just horrible.

Now, a positive: the Knicks Defense. It was active through the whole game even if the Suns light us in the first half. There was good intensity, great hustle. They played Shaq the best you can play him and it was amazing.

More positives than negatives from this game. This team certainly makes a fan happy. Not the most talented team on most of the nights they play, but they hustle, they work hard and they most of the time will have a good chance to win.

Great time to be a Knicks fan, even if we are still under .500.

The guy is practically a freaking rookie. It was clear that most of his mistakes were "rookie" mistakes. Tried to do too much, had too much intensity and made him make terrible decisions. Yeah, he didn't play well, but the guy is young! What do you expect him, to play as poised as Nash? He will get there but with time.

I have no problem with that. When I questioned the pick on draft night. Guys were telling me wait until he proves how much skill he has and tough he is during Summer League. They pointed to Youtube clips as proof. I said I hope so. When they compared him to Bird, all right let him prove it. When they say that he would be starting at the SF position and by passing everyone, I said can't wait til you prove me wrong. It is December 15, and he has played 6 minutes in the NBA season due to an injury that he got from a simple blocking foul during the first game of Summer League. You tell me where my assessment is wrong.
