I think Isiah used that insurance papers as a way to put more pressure on Phoenix to obtain this year's pick... something like we accept the deal even without the insurance papers if u give us #21... good job, on a negotiation standpoint, I love it :)

The Sporting News confirmed that the KNicks will acquire the draft rights of the 21 pick. The Suns will be picking for the KNicks. So who knows.
