Jason Collins and Derrick Jones Jr do seem a tad on the inexperienced side and should probably get cut

Replace Bogdan with Bojan and they will be cooking with the correct Bogdonavic

The LA teams are funny. Clippers success just has to be better than Lakers!
Just when you think Clippers are screwed they double down on these guys and seem relevent.
If by some miracle they can stay healthy they on paper can make a run. curious how they manage these guys.
Thats a scary team if they "Sandbag" for the playoffs. Zubic is really good and Harden/Leonard are still quite good. Three HOF's is interesting. Its been a few years but the winning % when CP3 and Harden played in Houstaon was really quite good. Issue was Paul broke down come playoff time. Ty Lue and JVG are coaching.

Clippers are super deep, but of course really comes down to if Kawhi is playing. Aging jokes aside, they are quite stacked.

Clippers are the starphuckiest of of all star****s that have ever starphucked. Except Lakers that one year when they had The Glove and the Mailman and the usual suspects.

Love that "Starphuciest". Its the "King of Kings Starphuch! Its been some time since we did it! I was impressed by Ibisha purchase of the Suns and his quick Isiah infused Starphuch juice but this is one high level starphuch! Impressive in this CBA era. Is there a "Third Apron" Balmer is going for?

At least when Brooklyn did last time they got within a toe of succeeding! The first go around they might have been ok except Deron Williams just fell off a cliff talent wise and sunk it. The Liberty got its long lost chip with a womens starphuch giving Orthodox Starphuchites hope it can succeed!

Can we hope Carmelo can come out of retirement for this one?

Clippers always collect big names from the past. The nba season is long most of their guys are injured or tired come playoff time.

Factoid: In the last 10 years the teams with the best winning %, 7 have won chips. No surprise there.
Of the three that have not are the Heat, who did win in 2013, The Jazz and suprisingly at number 4 (regular season of course) is the LA clippers!
I found it interesting becuase given its been that long since Steve Balmer bought the team. The Early teams he had with in prime CP3 and Griffith were very good. Their prime conincided with the Warriors dominance and CP3's and others untimley injuries as said on seasons end.

Balmer while he has yet to produced a championship team has succeeded in making them relevant in the post Sterling era and now has his own arena and good fan base. Still second fiddle to Lakers they are carving out over time some success thru consistant starphuching.

List of teams % last 10 years: https://www.statmuse.com/nba/ask/best-winning-percentage-nba-team-last-10-years

FYI, Knicks ranked at 22nd. The good news is Knicks moved to 8th over last 5 years! Clippers dropped to 5th.

Time flies! Sterling been gone over 10 years. He is 94 years old and not dead.
Silver been comish for 11!

Spurs give Fox 4/$229 so just under $60mm a year. This is why the Knicks are in such good shape. Literally Brunson is a superior player and $20mm (+ Josh Hart) cheaper.

Spurs do not have championship roster but having Brunson/Hart locked for the same cost as Fox is wild in a salary cap league. So good for the Knicks

Not yet, but if Castle proves special and that Wemby guy is all that, the window might not be this year, but its coming!

San Antonio tax. As great a reputation Pop has and the history of the spurs it’s not exactly a fun or happening city. It’s not a NY, LA, Miami, SF or even Houston or Dallas. And as much potential as Wemby has this isn’t the 2000’s when they had Duncan, Parker, Ginobili in place.

Im guessing your not seeing the potential of that roster and how its coming together? Wemby's upside is as extreme as any player in the history of the game. With Castle and Dylan Harper they have a unique young trio to grow with. Nobody is really thinking it happens this year. Fox gives them that vet leadership and still in his prime. Whats crazy is the Spurs winning in 1999 did so without Parker or Ginobli even on the roster! There was a 4 season gap between the 1st and second chip. Outside of Duncan and Robinson that team really changed in that time.

They have drafted this core which is obviously not ready. Question is how long? Wemby, Castle and Harper are all a year apart thus the contracts are staggered. We don't know how those three pan out. They do have back to back Rookie of the Year and Harper could be in the mix this year.

Wemby is the next unicorn? But we all know they don't exist. At some point does a guy that size break thru and fulfill what others did not? We just don't know.

Celtics deal Niang to the Jazz to get some cap relief and then sign Boucher. That's a nice piece of business for the Celtics.

Boucher is not KP, but he does approximate some of what KP brings in terms of scoring, shooting some 3's, blocking some shots. Good move for them to keep the lights on with Tatum gone.

Trae Young and KP all on the same team for our Villian consolidation team.
Personally I forgive KP for his immaturity as a knick. "He is dead to me" means I feel nothing and root against him vs. knicks as any other.

Trae? Its been a few years since his obnoxious act hurt us and really I admire the fact he came in and owned the garden as he did. That series, the first games fans were allowed in MSG after covid was a really amped up environment. Fans really had forgotten how to act. I think the more upper scale fan stayed home leaving a younger more hardcore macho spit in the face of covid (and Trae!) element out of the cage and needed to blow off steam! Trae young was a perfect ******* but he got the job done and the team moved on.

It had been a number of years since we had even been to the playoffs also!

What I want to know is why we couldn't sign Boucher? I'm guessing because he has a chance to get more minutes on the hobbled Celtics.
