Given the age of all the players, they needed everything to be just right and it looks like Pau's got bad knees and Dwight isn't back to normal. I'm not even sure they should keep this squad together vs. starting completely over by trading Pau, Dwight, Nash, and possibly Kobe. They could get a lot for those players and set the franchise up nicely for the very long-term.
