now teams have adjusted and Fisher is not making any adjustments on his side...coz he's not a good coach.

You don't have to call plays in this system. You can but the entire point is to teach you're players how to think the game and play as a unit. This isn't about plays! At this stage they should be flowing and playing with increasing chemistry. They were but somehow lost it.

Lack of effort is on the players!!! Why would this be on Fish? At this stage you shouldn't need your coach to get you to give Professional effort.

Fisher phucked up saying "process" instead of "playoffs".

The issue with this team is three-fold. They have a coach that cannot adjust because he only knows the triangle, the players know that they aren't as good as their competition on most nights and eventually have to cave and they are being ran by Prez that has won with an archaic system featuring hof'ers in 3 starting positions depending on the roster, but in his mind believe the triangle is a winning system and is hell bent on proving that. Phil hasn't actually improved the team at all. Improvement is defined by results. We've seen Knicks teams win more games recently, Phil has yet to even match that.

Fisher doesn't see the big picture, doesn't make adjustments, doesn't maximize his players talents, doesn't create coherent rotations and obviously doesn't motivate as evidenced by this clown show of a performance. Do you think Popovic, Kerr, or any real coach in this league would be in this putrid position--I don't. If it's not clear that Fisher's in over his head, I don't know what other evidence could convince you.
