Stat looked real pissed and he should be.. There's no reason why he shouldn't have gotten the ball. That's an awful loss, maybe the worst yet because they're right behind us in the standings

i thought Amare did a crappy job tonight in the 4th quarter, trying to force up shots in traffic & making bad turnovers... maybe that's why Felton didn't want to go to him.

I don't think he has that option. 13 out of 14 of the last games, Felton shot under 50%, yet he continued to take his shot. Sometimes I feel as though he believes that he is the 2nd option. He's not

Felton got double teamed at the top of the key & passed it off to Gallo who swung it over to Shawne Williams who had a wide open look at a 3 in the corner & passed it up & laid up a half arse floater attempt off the dribble... that is not a mistake on Felton in any way, shape or form... again, if u watched the 4th quarter u would have seen Amare forcing up shots in the paint in the 4th quarter & making some costly turnovers... he was not on his game... i have no problem whatsoever w/Amare not getting the ball on the last possession in that PnR, Thaddeus Young left Williams wide open in the corner to rotate to pick up Amare on the PnR, Amare was not open... Shawne Williams got the ball in his hands after he has just made the last 3 pointer from the same exact spot to get the game within 2 points on the previous possession & he just simply made a bad decision to pass up the shot & drive... that's not on Felton.

tough loss

knicks outrebounded the sixers but only had 17 assist. ball not moving.

Stat getting foule a lot and not getting calls. this means he should pass more..

Gallo didn't shoot well but got to the line and had 13 rebounds..

Moz came in and changed the game.. we need more of him

chandler is just lost right now.. we need him to get back to being himself..

Felton shot well... needs to distribute and run offense better..

we need more points from fields..

tough loss to a rag tag sixers team...

Sixers are far from rag tag..Record is bad only due to awful start. They have had a winning record in December and January and playing all teams tough. Take a look at their last two months. That's why this game and the next are so important. Sixers are not going anywhere. They have talent and play defense.

Igoudala shooting pure bricks all night then gets hot in the 4th.

Also why do Chandler, Amare, and Gallo refuse to take a pull up jumper. It is either all the way to the rim all or a jumper.

watching iguodala throw those bricks in just kills me.. really..

Gallo now has as many double digit rebounding games as Brook Lopez: 2.

On one hand Felton is banged up and playing way too many minutes...

On the other hand TD is sucking and we want to reduce his minutes because he can't seem to run the offense right.

On the other other hand we all want MDA to play young guys more than just 8 minutes a game so they can get into the flow of the game and show what they can do.

On the other other other hand you can only have so many young players on the court cause they will make mistakes and you NEED to make the playoffs.

On the other other other other hand, Felton and Amare are playing too many minutes and are banged up.

Thank god for the All Star Break.

I kept saying to myself. should gallo have faked the shot and then drove to the basket? I think he made the right pass to williams. I wish williams had shot it, but honestly, why were we in this position to this team?

ok far from rag tag, but also far from good... knicks should have won this game by 10.. knicks just stopped passing the ball. I blame the knicks for this loss more than anything..

the Sixers have been playing great in recent weeks, won 5 of 6 coming into this game including victories over the Jazz & Nuggets... the Knicks got off to a double digit lead after Felton went on his offensive tear in the 3rd quarter but then they started forcing up shots in the paint & making boneheaded turnovers in the 4th quarter... Iggy started hitting his shots & the Knicks stopped playing defense for the first 11 minutes... they finally got some defensive stops in the final minute & Gallo & Williams both made 3's to get the team back to within 2.

i agree Gallo made the right decision swinging the ball to the corner to a wide open Williams... Gallo was covered & the middle was clogged up by Thad Young who rotated over to cover Amare... Williams had an open look & had a brainlock... at least he was man enough to own up to his mistake in his postgame comments... hopefully the next time he has the chance he won't hesitate.

ah, didn't notice that thad had cloged the middle.. because it looked like gallo hesitated before he passed the ball. Maybe he was thinking drive and it wasn't open, spotted williams and passed the ball.. williams should have shot, but hey, next time he will.. we need this win sunday..

anyone remember why Chandler was pulled from the game? Shot clock was winding down and he decides to keep the ball and shoot off of one foot at the elbow extended. All the while both Williams and Landry were WIDE open on the 3point line - Williams in the corner and Landry on the wing, both guys calling for the ball for a good 2 seconds.

Chandler has got to get his head of out of his ass. If he's hurt, then sit. Otherwise stop with the humongous mental mistakes.

yea, I remember that play.. he is not doing himeself any favors with his shot selection. plus he is settling for long threes... Not sure what is up with him, but honestly, I am seeing a bit of selfishness from a few guys on this team..

saw a couple of forced shots that Amare took and could have passed off for easier ones.

Learning curve for team.

You would think that a few of us seeing this train wreck coming would make this loss easier... but it's making me more angry and completely ruined my life night (that was a typo--or a Freudian slip? haha).

Yep, Martin, thank God the All Star break is coming.
