i expected a 6-10 pt loss... just made the cut tonight.

The final score may not indicate it but to me this was a blowout loss and an awful loss at that.

With the right coaching and preparation this game would've been ours for the taking.

a year ago people thought Reddick was a complete waste of space. The dude is the highest scorer all time i the history of Duke bball. Gotta count for something.

Gallo didn't want to face Howard at the rim, he kept picking up his dribble and dishing it off, even when he had a clear path. Didn't expect him to do much with Howard there, but I would have liked to see him try harder. Overall I don't see the same swagger the team had before. There is a phoning it in vibe to parts of their game lately. Maybe a small rotation not being challenged for PT makes it easier to get sloppy.

I read that he's getting better so maybe we'll see the kid soon. I just want to see us do something about adding some size to the rotation. If Timo and AR aren't the answer we're gonna struggle to win big games. This was a game we could've won with better shooting and FT's. What the heck happened to our FT shooting tonight? I think from what I saw we're in the same class as the Magic if we play our normal game. It's just really disturbing what has happened to our bigman contingent. Turiaf isn't the answer and then we have nothing else behind him right now.

I'm not too worried cuz I just know something is gonna happen before or by the trade deadline. There's no way Donnie is gonna leave the team like this when it's so clear we're very close.

yeah, i think i was one of them too... but sometimes all u need is the opportunity... to his credit he made the most of his & now he's an invaluable part of their rotation.

We're getting killed on the offensive boards at the beginning of the games. Same thing happened in Miami. No boxing out, no drives to the hole. Results in fewer fast break points and fewer foul shots.

Wilson Chandler is good for 20 on 50% every single night. Its the lack of a quality second big(obvious for many reasons) tremendous inconsistency from Gallo and lack of a stronger bench that hurts this team. We score more than any team in the league--that being said Im down with trading fields and Gallo for Carmelo --that WIL NOT change our need for a 2nd quality big man and a bench.

another loss in which we were just too small.. like someone said. "we are fighting a bear with branches"

good personal game for chandler...29 points season high.. Best part of the game for him, when he drove and dished the ball to an open williams for a three.. that is good offense.. we need more of that and less looking to shoot when he drives...

Gallo. 2-5, gotta get this kid more shots.. finished 10/7/1.... this offense misuses his skills..

Amare: great scoring game, although in foul trouble.. gotta rebound man!! 4 boards?

Felton: gotta pass and initiate more.. 6-22? come on

fields: continues to struggle, but I think this also goes hand in hand with this, got for your's type of offense we are seeing now..

Williams: nice shooting game.. needs to focus on defense...

Dudu infected Felton in this game. Gallo was asking for the ball a couple of times and was ignored. The times he drove and dished the ball to Amare, he fumbled the ball or missed a dunk. Gallo should have at least 4 assts but ended up with 0.

come to play? he outrebounded our franchise player tonight.. he just got 5 shots.. do you guys not watch the game? felton and chandler had almost 40 shots combined in the first half.. not good basketball....

Yup. I watched the game with my wife and my 6 year old boy on TV and both of them noticed that Gallo was not getting any touches. Felton needs to manage the game a little and make sure Gallo is included in the offense. Gallo went to the line 7 times. He is very efficient.

Gallo drove and dished to Amare about 4-5 times. 2-3 of them Amare fumbled the ball when it hit him on the hands. They were the right play. Dwight was on his way and dished to Amare.
