Seriously, your "reasoning" is that the Knicks were wining because Nate Robinson was out?

Let me clue you in: Duhon was the worst starting player in the NBA in November.

Robinson was doing the exact same thing in November as he is now. I guess if the Knicks lose tonight it was because Robinson is back....

oohah

Good luck Mike D'Antoni, 'cause you ain't never seen nothing like this before!

Well looking closely at this game..One would say the Knicks wouldn't be in the game without Nate...

You have no point or argument, so you are declining to continue. I get it and I think you have made a good decision.

but is it nate's fault that the team collectively fails to defend?

are you saying nate is not part of the team defense? he's a weak link, partly, but mainly he's small and the knicks zone isn't as effective if there aren't 4 guys 6'9" or taller. the height and length in the zone is the only reason our defense was doing well.

it's not nate's fault, just an observation that the team can't defend as well with him out there.

though obviously nate IS the offense right now. it's just a double-edged sword. up to mike D to figure it out, because i think we need nate's offense.

you can't blame Nate for the Knicks' lack of interior defense and getting beaten badly on the offensive boards by claiming he is the weak link playing team defense...

i said he's A weak link, not THE weak link. the main problem is that the defense was only working because we had four forwards out there who were all 6-9" or 6-11" constantly switching and helping. nate can switch and help, but at 5-7" he's going to get mismatched a lot. it's not his fault, but it's a problem he presents with his lack of size. he hurts the zone and switching they've been succeeding with.

IMHO, Nate needing benching not for his defense but for throwing the ball in the other team basket. The punishment just went on too long. A lot of testosterone between all parties kept it going.

Mike woodson is a very poor coach. He had horford in the paint on offense with gallo checking him with 5 fouls and never went to him.

He could have went to pick and roll with Joe Johnson making gallo checking him with 5 fouls and never did it.

The knicks deserve to win this GAME.

JAMES DOLAN on Isiah : He's a good friend of mine and of the organization and I will continue to solicit his views. He will always have strong ties to me and the team.

No no Holfresh, you see, the mere absence of Nate Robinson caused the Knicks to win games...don't you see the airtight logic of that? It had nothing to do with who they were playing or the fact that Duhon was 10 times better in December.

If the Knicks lose tonight, it is because Nate Robinson is back. It makes sense does it not?
