we didn't play great, but we competed, with terrible shooting for the most part.

And this is why we need an "alpha male" on the floor. 30-9-5-4 for Flash. You look at this Miami team past Wade and you wonder how in the blinking hell they're over .500.

And I still hate those green jerseys.

I think we were able to hang with a better team and showed some spirit out there. Hate losing but better try hard and lose than clown around in blowouts.

I think the Knicks were hesitating slightly as a result of the unfamiliar uniforms.
Gallinari & Lee had excellent showings in front of a national audience.

Al Harrington was terrible. He had one of his prototypical bad games, with the prototypical meltdown moment. I think they called the technical as a result of the trip - more of a make-up call.

And I think the announcers were focusing on the Gallinari arm push-off on Q-Rich too much - that motion was already after the foul happened.

We lost this game for one reason--we didnt take good shots--we didnt have a need to take 28 3's and we won't be a good consistent team unless we realize w need to take better more efficient shots.

We are playing very good defensive basketball--we just need to hit good shots to win--giving the other team so many opportunities with missed shots isn't the way you win games.

i'll second that about dwade. he's still my 1st choice for free agent signings, as remote as those chances may be.

I don't have a problem with Gallo taking his 3's (he did take 11 of them but also went to the line 7 times) - he's going to make a high % of them, but I do have a problem with Harrington taking 7 of them. Harrington shot horribly from the floor today and should've been more focused on taking the ball to the hoop instead of still chucking up those 3's that he was taking.

Harrington absolutely killed us today with his 5-20.

you'd really want him over lebron? i like wade as much as anyone, but realistically how many miles are left on his body? maybe he's a freak of nature, but you would have to think when he loses it, he's going to lose it pretty hard.

We should concentrate on taking mid range jump shots and driving the ball. 20 3's a game tops unless we are on fire. Guys have to realize after 2-3 misses that taking a better shot will help the team.

yea, gallo didn't shoot well from three, but when he started hitting them, we go away from him.. he did shoot 44% overall, so he was money from inside the arc also and really took the ball to the hoop well... chandler shot 6-11 and didn't get enough shots.. honestly, I would have fetured gallo and chandler.. Al didn't have it, yet he took 20 shots.. LOL.. come on..
