Well, here's the big news, the reason the Clippers made space on their roster!!!!

The Los Angeles Clippers today acquired center Cheikh Samb and cash considerations from the Denver Nuggets in exchange for a future conditional second draft pick.

Man. That dude was not even worth a full second round pick. They put conditions on it. The first condition is "If Samb sucks, we want our second round pick back."

Jordan doesn't even play and Samb can play power forward too. Who knows anyway? This is the Clippers we're talkking about.

Whew baby.....the Knicks need Marcus Camby!!!! This would make my whole 2009!

Seriously, why would they trade Camby? Clippers fans would riot in the streets. He's not only their best player, he's a fan favorite. You think because they fleeced us on the Randolf trade that they owe us one? We certainly did them a big favor by taking Thomas and Mobley off their hands. This has got to a bunch of BS or a fantasy of epic proportions

They didnt fleece us, our priority was to shed salary. We dont give a damn about Tim Thomas, or Ms. Francis.

Right...I'm wondering what teams on the playoff fringes would give for a guy averaging 20/10 right about.......now? I've been saying this from the beginning. I don't miss Randolf, but that trade was a one sided joke

That I dont understand. What in the world do we need MC for? Someone please explain this to me--hes going to be 35--do we expect to win the championship in the next two years--because he's going to be shot within two years.

About the same they would have in the summer or in the beginning of the season - nothing. I faintly remember Zach averaging 22 and 10 with the Blazers before he was "stolen" by Isiah for Steve Francis and Channing Frye. If he is so amazing, how come no team gave anything better than that? Oh that's right, because he is the Pf version of Ricky Davis. The fact that he got injured after we traded him also worked out for us.

We all know how much superstar Randolph makes a difference. He has been leading his team to some glorious victories.

Yup, and Thomas (injured or not) and Mobley (medical retirement) have certainly filled the void and are leading us to some glorious victories. I like cap space, but summer of 2010 is still two years away. We are no longer a laughing stock...except to the LAC who were more than happy to dump Mobley and Thomas on us.

Do you understand why the trade was made? The trade was not made for the guys to lead us to victories. The summer of 2010 is not 2 years away, it's next summer. And you don't like cap space or else you wouldn't be complaining as much as you have.

Zach Randolph is the Ricky Davis of PF's. He is Antoine Walker with more rebounding. He makes $17 million+ per year. If he was that good, him, Camby, Gordon, and Davis would have been getting a few more wins for the Clippers, don't you think? Apparently he is not as good as you make him out to be.
