these are the moments we need steph...

yeah, to stop Crawford from throwing away the game for us. Those were the plays LB called, Craw screwed them up. But way to bring it back to Steph when youre boy is sucking.

look at the time i posted this...this was after crawford missed the shots and we needed steph to take over for us.

crawford's decisions cost us the game during that 3 minutes stretch. again, you make this out to be crawford vs. marbury. that has nothing to do with it, it has to do what's best for the team. like blueseats said, you can CLEARLY see NOW that steph was not going all out the last game. and tonight, marbury pretty much deferred the entire 4th quarter. he is not the pg for us b/c he does not know the flow of the game and does not know when to pass or shoot when the game is on the line. this is exactly why i keep saying that crawford should be the point (b/c imho, he's not that reliable as a pure sg) and why steph needs to play sg b/c then he doesn't have to think especially with the game on the line.
Fair enough, but if you were watching closely, it was pretty apparent that LB called those plays for Craw. Its not like it was a pick and roll, or Steph off the ball running around picks. Those plays were obviously designed for Craw to get his shot off. He brought the ball up and Craw was coming off of picks and Craw got the ball in consecutive postions. Unfortunately, he costed us the game. I like messing with you about it, but I'm not mad at him or blaming him for this loss, although he made the most egregious mistakes in the crucial moments. He needs to play more consistantly and we will win.

Come on guys, they're both boneheads, neither performed well in the clutch tonight, and neither can ever be counted on to. If I had to chose one it would be Crawford, but not by a huge margin. But then, he (JC) is not "the second most important person in the organization next to Dolan."

Truly, in Steph's 2 years here, how many quality late game moments has he had? More than a handful in, what 150+ games? Craw has been here less time, and I don't have a good memory, but i think it's been quite a few more.

lesser of two evils though. I feel like we keep coming up against teams who can execute well in the end while we can't. Every team gets chances in a close game and we constantly chuck and mis-dribble ours away while the other teams make that steal, hit convert that layup, or hit that 3.

yea, craws bad 3, his turnover on a bad pass, and then steph dribbling off his feet, that is hard to overcome, this seems to happen all the time, and it just unravels the team, craw seems to have more good moments this year late in the game than bad, but you are right, it is the lesser of two evils... We need a calming influence late in the game, marbs is supposed to be that guy... go figure..

But blue you know what, Before the play where marbs dribbled the ball of his feet, we were down 5, david lee pulled down a tough rebound in traffic and in one motion flipped it over to steph before he walked with the ball or had it stripped, I said, that was a headdy play, smart, we need that type of play from our guards late, and we just don't get it too often..

I just wish the Knicks would attack teams from the opening tip. Frye needs to be on the court from the begining.

Craw was off but he drove when he was supposed to. What I wanna know is what the heck Brown told the guys down the stretch. Yeah Craw lost the game lookin glike he did last year at the wrong time......but did Brown make a point to say don't force it on the outside? Don't force it? It's not like the Knicks needed a three.

Marbs played like the old Marbs tonight.

I gotta say the Knicks played well......but if the Knicks can only come out and attack from the start of games and just continue to drive it down guys throats with good substitutions and just a overall game plan.

For now this is where my head is at.

Lee is the best rebounder on the entire team.

he is...and nate is 2nd. pathetic.

Curry isn't too shabby either.

But the way Lee chases the ball... this guy, if he gets a little stronger can be a tough PF. heck, maybe he can be a big SF with the right matchups...

he looked bigger in the beginning of the season..now he's just rail thin. I think the knicks are having him starv in order to play SF lol
