Was that a jinx post, or anti-jinx post? I'm confused!

Its your way of deflecting. This is your epstien file.

Deflecting?
I was pretty sure that this post of mine, again, unforced/unsolicited, was an admission of error with tongue in cheek:

Panos wrote:Best anti-jinx thread ever. Lit a fire under their asses. You welcome!

However, since you're either dense, or in need of an explicit Mea Culpa, I'll say explicitly, "I was wrong about blowing up this team". Hope you can sleep better at night now.
I'm man enough to actually express an opinion and man enough to admit I was wrong about it.
"My Epstein file." Give me a F***ing break. Comparing an opinion on what was a middling basketball team with a sex offender. You're sad.

I really should put you on "ignore" since you actually never have anything real to say, but since yours are like 40% of the posts, it would make reading this site pretty weird.

There you go. You did it. Owned up like so many of us have over the years. That was not hard. Saying its a "Jinx" is not the same.
As for your thin skin response is typical. Get called out then play the victim. Of course your not a pedo. Nogody said you were.
The file exists but those in it choose to deny it. Thats all. You were in denial. Get over yourself. YOu started a thread that did not age well. Your a funny dude. Don't take it so seriously.

Thats how you do it.

Yes, as someone who has followed his stuff closely since he started, he’s always been a bit too hot and cold based on yesterday’s result or whatever, but I appreciated him coming clean on the whole thing. I tend to look at things more holistically than day by day, and even I wasn’t sure this team was capable of what they are doing mainly because I didn’t think the Mike Brown/ KAT relationship was going to survive. However it happened, they found their middle ground and the rest sorted itself out from there.

Had the Jazz accepted the offer of Mitch, Barrett, Quickley, Toppin and 3 FRPs for Mitchell, we essentially would have Mitchell instead of OG, Mikal, and Mitch. That was the trade. Obviously there would be more dominos as a result, but that is the direct impact.

Ainge wanted Grimes too, the greedy fukker

Yes I think that’s where Leon drew the line. Ainge wanted everyone and everything.

That trade was never going to happen. Danny Ainge hates the Knicks more than his mother in law ! Ainge was just driving up the price talking to us. Leon figured it out after the trade parameters kept changing. Glad we didn't make that trade. Wasn't a fan of giving up the fan for a one way player.

Have you ever looked at your post count and wondered ‘well geez, I have 20k posts’? There’s a story there

I assumed it was a way to make newbies feel welcome.

And they got a great package from Cleveland. Lauri broke out as a star in Utah. Even though it wasn’t expected. I thought they should have moved him a couple of years ago, as they could have received a Mitchell-like package for him also at his peak value.

Macri needs content and controversy which is formulatic in todays media environment. So I get it.
Also saying your "wrong" is content so I get it.

If Brunson were as fragile as you are about people critiquing his game he would have been out of the league by now.

We were never going to the Finals if his usage remained at earlier rates and his over-dependence on ISO ball had continued. The shift was necessary and the result has been marvelous.

Now Brunson is indeed leading us to the Finals, exactly because he made the changes he was being criticized for.

Stop being so soft and calling people haters for making valid observations that have been proven to be exactly right in their assessments.

I'm tired of pansy comments about people making analytical statements that are based in reality. It is not "hate" because you say it is. It came from people who follow the team just as rigorously as anyone else here observing the flaws in strategy and stating what needs to change for that to improve. Toughen up.

Brunson would be the first person to admit the adjustments he made have contributed to better team play and the current 10 game winning streak.

LoL. The OP, you and others were essentially calling it quits on the season. You were calling for Giannis. Not sure how any of that is "analytical" observations. What it is is cushy soft...I and some others hung in there at all times. You quit and now are riding the wave of winning as if you were with the team all along and weren't a quitter.

IMO you should turn in your fan card.

I've been engaged the whole time. Brunson is a bad ass, but even bad asses need to play team basketball to win a championship. Quit my azz.

FU Clown

Why you so angry and defensive quitter?? Cause you know you're in the wrong and jumped back on the bandwagon when things got better.......

THIS IS HOW TO QUIT.....

From Feb. 25th.....the day BK....AKA "Quitter" took his ball and went home......

I'll be traveling the world by this time next season and I won't care any longer. To be fair, I don't really care now either since it is becoming more difficult to consider this MY team the way they take whole games off. So fk em, burn it down.
Welcome to NYC Giannis

In case you need some guidance......This is how NOT to be a quitter .......from the same timeframe back in February.......

foosballnick wrote:BEGIN RANT......Knicks have not won a championship in over half a century and some fans are acting like spoiled children with the cries of "wait till next year"....taking their ball and going home BEFORE the playoffs even start (and that includes a sometimes flip flopping Macri who I've watched drink a bit - maybe even too much on his podcast) .....For those proclaiming they hate this team and cant wait for the offseason to blow it up and a starphuck trade of everything for Giannis..... I would expect to not see you participating in the playoff threads as well as being happy all of a sudden if the team advances to the finals and dare I say wins a chip.......END RANT.

Personally, I watched every game that I can and am staying the course....all while still retaining the ability to go on vacations

Lecturing anyone on the internet about who is entitled to enjoy the Knicks run to the Finals is pathetic stalker behavior. Get a life loser
