Think you have a valid point in wanting to find out more about Harris. And you have the right to look for a platform that best meets your concerns. Sounds to me like it’s Ukraines plight against Russia? And if so, one would think you would understand why so many would rather vote for anyone but Trump as those that would vote for anyone but Putin.

Although you are tired of the reasoning, many of us think it is more important to fight against a candidate who has already proven to be racist, misogynistic, narcissistic, divisive , anarchist, a pathological liar, one showing signs of dementia and who has proven he only cares about himself and is willing to sacrifice anyone and anything. Including our constitution, rule of law and democracy.

Let’s not forget that the convicted felon also completely botched the handling of a pandemic that he said would just go away, “like a miracle”.

And he didn’t want to smear his makeup, so he convinced half of the nation that wearing a mask, or taking covid seriously, was a sign of weakness.

Yea, but it's not like Kamala has access to a team of economist who have a ton of research, data, and information the general public doesn't have. Providing her the intel to even propose such policy. Most of the inflation is price gouging. There’s very little Harris can do about it — especially with this Supreme Court. Not to mention congress and the filibuster. If they even got anything past the senate there would immediately be lawsuits galore regarding price controls

Ofcourse trump’s approach, more tax cuts for billionaires, would be even worse because it would increase the national debt which is what causes inflation. The national debt increased from $20 trillion to $27 trillion during Trump’s term in office. No media pundits will ever mention that because it’s their job to blame immigrants and poor people

There absolutely is price gouging occurring that’s why McDonald’s had a 6% profit increase, Walmart had a 5% increase. Target’s profit increased by 48% in 2023.

I agree in general governmental price controls in retail are usually ineffective. However, there are some price controls that can be implemented effectively and we don’t even have to bother with the billionaire-owned senate or far-right activist Supreme Court. Take for example the price of a barrel of oil which decreases 3.5% recently in part due to the US dipping into oil reserves and then subsequently the department of energy purchasing oil futures.
