He could have been more aggressive, but are we going to say nothing about Lebron planting his knee into RJ's right thigh and stepping forward when RJ goes to rotate off his opposite leg? ~You can't run from who you are.~

RJ looked right, watching the screener move into his eyesight. Was Racle supposed to be communicating with him? Just wondering. As Russ makes comes up Lebron sets a low screen. Watch the legs. He lines up his knee with RJ where it seems he is literally screening RJ's legs with his own. Right as Russ makes his move right, Lebron steps forward and cause RJ to lose his balance because he pushed his right leg with his knee as he was turning left to defend the drive. One thing I noticed the refs let the Lakers get away with A LOT of moving screens. there was one play Davis was literally chasing someone to screen them like 3 times. ~You can't run from who you are.~

Lebron half screened RJ (if Russ went left Lebrons legs would have tripped RJ). Since he went right, Lebron's knee threw RJ off balance because he stepped forward and pushed RJ's leg with his knee just as Russ made his move, which is why it looked like RJ tripped over nothing. ~You can't run from who you are.~

It is on the coach to stop putting Randle in places where he is going to fail. We know Randle sucks in the clutch. Yet Thibs constantly goes to him in the clutch. So at some point you have to stop blaming Randle and blame the person who should know better by now. I meant he keeps tells us to watch tape and constantly makes the same mistakes. |
