Man, we're damn lucky to only be down 3 the way we played. Turned the game on late when it was 10-7 us. From there on I thought we looked pretty bad. So many unforced turnovers, bad shots, uneven defense and not getting any consistent scoring besides Melo and D-Rose it seemed (I did think Holiday looked good though--that kid needs to play). Only down 3 is a good sign for us--they can play a little better I suppose but we can play A LOT better.

Was closing a deal on a new ride, missed part of the second. Will say that Jennings was looking to pass more in preseason. He seems to be under the impression that he should play like a PG with the starters, but like an SG with the second unit. Hornacek has to get him out of that habit fast.

As long a we stop the turnovers we have a good shot.We may have to ride the starters more than expected at first

I think Hornacek was trying to stretch the 1st half rotation so he could play the starters more in the 2nd half.

They looked great the irst few minutes. Man it is nice to have a point guard with Rose's speed.

knicks win 38-43 games in 16-17. rose MUST shoot no more than 14 shots per game, defer to kp6 + melo, and have a usage rate of less than 25%

which is the most foolish thing ive ever heard

Knicks should be improved: win about 40 games and maybe sneak into the playoffs. Melo, Rose and even Noah will have some nice moments however this team should be about PORZINGUS. the sooner they make him the primary player, the better

They have to learn to stay mentally strong as a team. Been a while since we've seen that.

This. I can give Thomas time and cut him some slack because he's a fairly intelligent player who can play solid defense. He also has been known to get into a rhythm in which he hits his shots. IMO KOQ hasn't earned nearly the same latitude.

He was a little sloppy with the ball but scored some points which is what we really needed. I thought he looked pretty good overall. Hey he offered scoring which allowed us to keep pace with them. I thought we played much better with Rose than with Jennings. Again, both of our PGs and the whole team in general can play A LOT better. Gotta keep it close and then who knows..Let's see what happens here.
