If Melo can get to the 4th without picking up a foul is key to stopping the Cs so he can guard Peirce and not switch. He is the only one with the size and speed to do it.

Offensively he has to keep moving the ball and move without the ball and not fight for position so much. The Cs are running some kind of zone I believe.

well, he made it with 2 fouls to half-time...that's good given the fact that he had 2 fouls within the first 3 minutes.

Something about MSG that brings the best out of Pierce. I've watched about 3-4 Celts games and in those games Pierce looked as good as done. Shot a low % and just looked somewhat uninterested or just flat out tired. Tonite he looks like he bathed in the fountain of Youth. Wouldn't be surprised in his next game if he plays an average game.

Why would I predict a loss during a game in which we have a 3 point lead at the half?

You do know that A.) Boston is without their leader in Rondo. B.) The Knicks are 13-3 at home inside of MSG and last but not least C.) The Celtics are 6-11 on the road.

Now please, tell me why the hell I should "predict a loss" at the half under those circumstances. Go take your negativity just for the sake of being negative elsewhere.

Also, if you haven't noticed... The Knicks are true NBA contenders here in 2012-2013 so what the hell are you talking about guy.
