To be fair to him, the Knicks are really disgraceful right now. For a hardcore fan that takes pride in bleeding orange and blue this is hard to stomach.

The Knicks were sadder in 2007-08 in the game vs. the Celtics. That team was capped out and hopeless. This team isn't that. There is a reason to have some hope. Much different from that time. I could understand getting angry then. But getting angry now doesn't make sense to me. 75% of this roster will be gone, which means most of the guys who contributed to us being down by 45 will be gone. Just ride out the season, wait till July and then blow a gasket if we don't sign anyone of note.

Yeah, but I think people are losing faith in the decision-making of this regime. Had the right moves been made, this would be a playoff level team, with emerging young talent and a roster that would look more attractive to potential free agents.

It looks like we are looking for Lebron to come bail us out from up under our incompetence. A LOT of mistakes have been made since these guys have taken over.

tfk--what do you think a good coach would say to a 6-11 player who has been soft and grabbed no rebounds after 3 Q;s---swear words many of them. You wouldve had to play sports to know that.


dude, I am sure I played more sports than you have.. and you are not a coach.. but if my coach said what you did.. he would not be coaching my team... but then again briggs, most coaches are not as wishy washy as you are.. they would look at a 21 year old kid giving him 14/5 and 42% shooting and thank his lucky stars he isn't sitting out with an injured ankle for the rest of the year like some other cats...

I played 4 years of college football so I highly doubt it.

I disagree that "A LOT" have mistakes have been made but I'm too lazy to argue.

I will say they made mistakes in the draft (not Gallo, that remains to be seen) but the cap clearing trades they did needed to be done (you can argue about the T-Mac one though).

In the end, we are in better position now then where we were 2 years ago. I sincerely believe that. And this is coming from a cynical person who hated Isiah before it was cool to hate Isiah.

nah...briggs just needs to act grown... really, I think most expect more.. if you were a person who played ball on a collegiate level, heck even a HS player, then you understand how competitive the sport is, you understand that young players take time, and if you can sit here and go at gallo like that, then I wonder if you had really played sports on a high level.. I remember after my 1st year in HS, that summer I played in rucker summer league, I was a 15 year old skinny kid and scared playing with all of these HS stars who were older... it took me a good 6 games to get comfortable with my game.... my coach understood that, was patient and it paid off... and every year I played, I was very patient with the other young cats... as an adult now, I understand how it works.. If anyone thinks gallo is having a "bad" year, really isn't watching the games.. they are just letting their emotions get the best of them and looking for targets, outside of the obvious ones...
