Gallinari has some skills I'd like to see him play closer to the basket. Reminds me of how we forced Frye to play around the perimeter.

McGrady's knee is pretty much done. I guess he has too many years on his body. Knee appears to start bothering him with extended play.

The offense is flowing but not executing
harrington misses from under the rim
gallo passes up on open shots
eddie took a few where he shoulda passed
the list goes on

67 points. And we have Boston (including a vengeful Nate) tomorrow.

Beautiful.

Ha Ha, I could see a game like this coming after all the positive comments about TMac, Sergio & House. Haven't you seen this before after a big opening performance and excitement a big letdown game follows?

We'll see how things workout, but i'm just glad that we let Sergio play, cuz at this point we need to see these guys and how they may fit into our future. I still like the kid and it seems the whole team had nothing tonight. That's gonna happen, bad shooting and lack of effort. Like I said it takes two to get an assist. Guys have to make shots. Like the steals tho.

He needs to let Gallo play closer the rim. Gallo should be taking PF's off the dribble not SF's.

The game was definitely more watchable then before the trade.

Repeat...............

you guys think Duhon can do a better job? (shaking my head)
Here's the thing............Duhon runs around at 25 miles per hour. His teammates, the opponents, the entire crowd and even the cheerleaders know exactly what he's going to do with the ball.

That means his teammates are always ready.

With Sergio.............he's going at 80 miles an hour all game long, the teammates are a little huh? we're supposed to run with this guy?

tmac and gallo are not ready to run up and down like that just yet

Personally, I don't give damn how many games he won with Nash and Amare. This guy is a slacker. The type of guy that comes in with a rosy resume coming from a fortune 500 company but when you put him in a real office where work needs to get done he doesn't have a clue.

Well said sir, great frickin analogy

Yeah whatever, he still won 54 games without Amare and Joe Johnson the next year. The Suns haven't been the same since he left. They were supposed to get so much better defensively once MDA was gone but they've gotten worse and the usual near top of the league Point Differential has shrunk as well. Don't judge the guy based on this ever changing and freaked up situation alone. We've changed the roster twice during his tenure. I could care less how he looks now. I'm more concerned with how he coaches next year and beyond.

I had a problem with this guy from jump his style of play fosters low percentage shot and Three point shot is a low percentage shot

His Suns team was one of the most efficient teams in the league! How about we wait till we actually put our real team together before we assume what MDA can or can't do as a coach?

Nix, your pissin' in the wind. Most people here didn't lke the MDA signing from jump so he gets no free-pass here regardless. Steve Nash is the one who gets all the credit for those two 60 wins sesons and the other 50+ wins. MDA just sat on his a## and twiddled his thumbs.

Yeah makes you wonder why all the Olympic team players loved him and why Coach K and others love him? He's such a scrub as a coach, that the Suns wish they had him back. You think Nash was happy he was gone? I guarantee you he wishes MDA was there after the last 2 seasons.

This is argument is almost two years old now. The guy has participated in the drafting process and until the deadline had a group of guys that he had coached the previous year. The team came out of camp 1-9 and he wouldn't play the guys that were supposed to be a part of the future because he was trying for the playoffs. He hasn't done anything without Steve Nash and that is a fact. The guy has coached alot of games when Nash wasn't running his offense and he loses. Your argument, wait till he gets the guys he is really going to be coaching is what scares me. The type of talent the Knicks want to bring in will win despite his bad coaching, lousy training camp, lack of emphasis on defense and small line ups because their talent will overcome his tremendous inadequacies. If D'Antoni makes it to that point I am going to cringe watching that smug smile on his clueless mug.

Sergio definitely intrigues me. 8 steals? That's wild. I hope he gets a bunch of minutes for the rest of the season but unfortunately he didn't have a stat line that says to me will send Duhon to Siberia permanently. I'd like to see the rest of the team catch up to Sergio's motor, and of course hit their shots.

Outrebounded 61 to 35. Bogut had 24 and 20 with 5 blocks and we still do not need a Center, right coach?
Gallo played poor offensively, but I thought he did a great job on defense, that was supposed to be his weakness. Not sure what happened to Chandler. Sergio is still better than duhon, and I would still take Gallo over Lopez. His shot will catch when his legs do.

I think I like watching Sergio better than watching Duhon. He's quick and has a lot of energy. He attacks the basket. What I didn't see was him getting the ball to his teammates at opportune moments. He did have quite a few steals though.

How about Gallo go play near the rim--the guy sits 35 feet from the basket. I highly doubt that Gallo cant go where he thinks he should. But you are right in general--he should play much closer and use his touch and length where it can matter--shooting 10 3's a game is a waste.

oh, i c... so it's everyone else's fault that they're just not taking advantage of Sergio's speed... gotcha.

If Gallo doesnt have his legs at 21-22 years old--he will never have them. He doesnt know how to play NBA basketball like a 6-11 guy should.

That's cuz those legs are stiff.
