Douglas is going to have his ups and downs like any other rookie. Has Jennings even come close to being the ball hawk Douglas is?

went to the game tonight. hawks started going over the screen in the 3rd quarter and douglas basically was taken out of the game offensively. he will need to learn how to drive and create otherwise those open jumpers won't be there anymore. he did play solid defense tho.

Good question. I think I asked the same question a week or two ago. Is he injured?

I like Douglas as much as the next guy, but Jennings is headed for an All-star level career. It just boils down to talent and Jennings is just so much better. If we could have grabbed Blair, too, it would have been a hell of a draft.

I'm waiting for us to go out on a limb a go after potiential all-stars not safe players.

NY needs home grown talent that will thrive under the lights of MSG.
Toney Douglas has played so much better than Chris Duhon , that many are under the impression that he has all-star material.

TD gets his points and all plays aggressive defense , but Jennings does the same and dominates. His team wins games with him running the point, he played pro ball against grown me in Europe out of highschool and knows what to do on the NBA court.

JAMES DOLAN on Isiah : He's a good friend of mine and of the organization and I will continue to solicit his views. He will always have strong ties to me and the team.

We really have not seen Douglas run the offense yet. MDA is playing him mostly as a two. I agree that Jennings looks awesome, but Douglas looks like he might turn into a very good player too. Maybe not an allstar, but he could turn into a starting caliber pg. Given that we got him at the end of the 1st round, that is pretty good.

Trust the Process

i hear there's this very talented center with heart problems and weight issues, effort is an issue too, but his potential is through the roof. possible all-star. just gotta trade a couple picks. i say we do it. what can possibly go wrong?

I hear there's a very talented (but mentally unstable) point guard with personal issues as well. He's also from New York, so the fans will love him. He's already an all-star. Just gotta trade a couple of picks. What could possibly go wrong?

now you guys are using your heads. i've also heard there's a massive center with globetrotter skills who’s a killer in the playoffs, a great locker-room presence and loves 4-cheese pasta. what can possibly go wrong?
