Pistons never had a chance in that series

Yeah, IMHO Rodney Stuckey is one of the most overrated young players in the league. His shot is ugly and those Wade comparisons are ridiculous.

Young for the win! Lewis just let him stroll by him into the lane. Dwight trying to do it by his lonesome. Lewis woke up in the 2nd half. No Chris Paul in sight.

Dwight was ridiculously nasty tonite... tough loss for the Magic... Sixers are really impressing me this series... i didn't think they'd have a chance.

Bulls win in 2OT. Insane game. Last play saw Salmons block Pierce's game-tying three and I thought for sure they'd call the foul on him but thankfully they didn't. It's now best of 3.

Now onto the Pistons getting swept - they're currently down 10 in the 2nd.

And thus officially ends the Pistons era. AI and Sheed are definitely gone and Prince could get traded.

David Stern has to be geeked right now with excitement. The Pistons are gone.

I respect the Pistons heart and their accomplishments, but lets face it they have been dreadful to watch outside of their initial championship year. I think I'll still have nightmares over the Spurs/Pistons series and watching Richard Hamilton run all around the court with his Phantom of The Oprah mask like he is looking for a piece of puzzy.

Glad to see this era come to a close. Sucks that it had to be so harsh --- in the middle of one of the worst recessions that this nation has ever seen with Detroit being the epicenter. The last game of their era they had to sit and watch the opposing team treated like conquering hereos as they were blown off their own court. Couldnt even fill their arena, so they had to give tickets to Cav fans. Sucks. But thats life.

Anyone else hoping the Knicks can make a play for Ben Gordon? I realize his stat line only includes scoring and he's smallish, but the Knicks do need an off guard and they do need a guy who can hit the big ones

i think he'll get more than a MLE contract anyway, so we won't be able to get him regardless unless it's part of a sign & trade... if we could land him for Nate & our 2nd round player, i'm all for it, but that won't get it done.

Ben Gordon is tough as shyt. No joke. He's really opened my eyes against the Celtics

here's a question for u... let's say we get the #8 pick, Derozan is already off the board & the Bulls are willing to trade us Gordon for an expiring like Q Rich & our lottery pick, would u do it? or would u keep the pick & take Brandon Jennings, Stephen Curry, Eric Maynor, Jeff Teague, or someone else?

And he's had a horrible horrible series too.

I know he's not THAT good but the Magic are really missing Jameer Nelson.

I am really impressed with some of these young up and coming stars - especially Rose, he is awesome. Gordon has also impressed me quite a bit. Roy is also doing some great things out in Portland.

This is what I miss about having the Knicks in the playoffs, we aren't creating any stars, there are no good stories. The season is ok, but stars are made in the playoffs and we havent had any in a long time.

the cavvies sure do have a knack for fun playoff commercials. i guess it's cos they're not challenged at all by the pistons. but i am afraid that they will get distracted in the later rounds and fall apart. let us pray for Lebronny.

I want the Cavs to win a title. That way when he leaves he can say "I gave you guys a chip, now PEACE"
