You want a GOOD site? A site that shows you a team's runs and the lineups in at the time? A site you can judge for YOURSELF that during a run or an opponents run a player/lineup/etc was the reason for it?

Breen is just hoping for a loose ball on the floor where a bunch of guys pile on each other.

Then he can comment how it's okay to sit on another guy's head and no foul will be called.

He gets really excited when that happens.

Breen stinks as an announcer. He mostly talks like it's the Mike Breen Talk Show Hour than a basketball game. I've been waiting for him to get fired for a long time.

Here is the deal. Charlotte is shooting 48% from the field. They usually shoot 38% or somewhere around there so they are overachieving or the Knicks defense sucks as usual. On the flip side, the Knicks are shooting 52% which we know they wont do all the time or even 1/4 of the time. When a team shoots 52% from the field in a game, they will win 9 times out of 10. I didn't see too much of the game but the stat-line tells me it was one of those games for both teams and NY rid a small hot-streak and pulled the game out.

Breen doesn't know basketball at all. Chandler check behind him to see if he could help and didn't see anyone. At that point he didn't want to give up the baseline. So you congratulate the guy if he can make the shot.

This may sound stupid but again I covered this in my "1-2 record explained" thread.

Teams that allow us to run our offense we will shoot well and have a chance to win.

Teams that decide to disrupt our fast paced offense and deny dribble penetration we're going to shoot 35% - YET - still let the opponent shoot a high percentage - and we'll lose.

Pretty simple stuff............until we get smarter players who know how to improvise when the opponent stops your first plan of attack. Right now, they don't, and the Sixers/Bucks showed that. The Heat/Bobcats haven't (even though this game is in the balance).

uh, the game flow thing is cool, but it's basically expanded plus minus.

i don't think any stats really do basketball complete justice, but +/- is not a useless tool.

both of them were on the court for Nate's 24 pts in 10 minutes. also, Duhon just grabbed a pretty big rebound.
