if we offered Dlee for Ryan Gomes to Boston right now, they'd take it and laugh their way to the bank. if we offered Dlee for Perkins or Al Jefferson, same thing. he's better than any of them.

As they should. Pure Talent wise I think our duo is better than their trio. But I still think their trio fits together better than our duo, just for the record.

COunt Lee in our trio and I don't change my general opinion. Gomes is a SF, Jefferson is a PF and Perkins a C. Lee is a PF, Curry and Frye are centers whose strengths don't compliment each other well.

Pure talent-Us.
Better put together-Them.

How about:

SF - Jefferies, Balkman
PF - Lee, Frye
C - Curry, Frye

it's not how they're put together, it's how they're used. and we haven't even seen Jefferies yet.

Ok....

We have 1 good rebounder, Lee.
We have 1 good post scorer, Curry
We have 1 good shooter, Frye
We have no shotblocker.
We have 2 good on the ball defenders, Balkman and Jefferies.

They have 2 good rebounders-Perkins and Jefferson
They have 2 good post scorers-Jefferson and Gomes
They have 1 good shooter-Gomes
They have 1 good shotblocker-Perkins
They have 2 good on the ball defenders-Jefferson and Perkins

In other words if you took the 5 guys you mentioned for us and condensed their skills into 3 players(like the celtics have) than you would have a point. You're making my point for me. When it takes 5 guys that are specialized in ther skills to match up to 3 guys, the team with 3 guys is usually a better put together, which is my point.

But if you must here me say something good, fine. You proved we have more depth, not what you were going for, but I'll give it to you.

There's no evidence, no signs that Curry is capable of improving, or that he's got the mentality to improve. So why be patient with the incapable.

what would Lee average as a starter? 15rpg? 7apg? 12ppg?
