Ooh ahh in all honesty my bitterness towards you(although it's bitterness with a smile) all stems from one post. A post where I literally spent 20 minutes trying to word it properly so that everyone understood that I think LB did an awful job. At some point in the post I used awful, ridiculous and then stated my mantra which I've said 1000 times that it's not LB it's the organization. You proceeded to call me an LB apologist for a while.

Second item of my sheer and utter anger was over the liar comments. I have gone on record over a 1000 times that my predictions are right just about as often as everyone else. None of us know what will happen. None of us are experts but like anyone else I have an educated guess. Now when I am right I will come on here and brag to high heaven about it. Kind of like I do when I win a bet with a friend. I brag and brag and we all laugh and laugh. I talk trash. Most of the men I hang out with do the same in return. When I lose a bet with a friend or have a wrong prediction I will blatantly come on and pretend that I never said it. Once again I could keep my mouth shut and pretend it never happened. Or I can bring it to the forefront and have fun with it. Most people know I'm joking and could give to flying f's about predictions. Some people are offended by this behavior. I understand this and from now on will be more serious with my predictions. For instance I predict that LB will not be our coach next year . Do you see the seriousness in that scowl. I am dead serious. Now if he is the coach next year I will change and not come on here and do what I normally do and pretend that I said otherwise.

As for goading your response. Yes, I clearly goaded your response. If you read the post, I was clearly trying to goad both of you because I enjoyed the reading. I could really care less about your guys argument. I just took Blueseats side because I knew you would be easier to goad because you are are normally po'd at someone.

And yes I do feel that some people consider me a lovable mascot os that's why they don't get bent out of shape. Orrrrrrrrr an alternative view. They probably know that I am joking.

Now you paint the picture of me being this horrible tyrant that goes around flaming and screaming at everyone. Yes fine. I apologized to you, I apologized to metssuck, I've apologized to blueseats I always apologize to people when I step out of line and they call me out. Because that's what adults do, they apologize when they are wrong. That's probably why I apologized to you at the time. Because at that moment I felt I was wrong and you were right. NOt ashamed of this. You can use that apology as your signature if that makes you feel better. But when I apologize it doesn't mean I feel that I am always wrong and you are always right, which seems to be your point. Unless of course my reading comprehension is poor(which is possible) because I skimmed your post. I figured you do it, maybe I should give it a try.

For this on the other hand I don't apologize to because I my opinion is the same. You read 30 posts from me about how I thought LB did an awful job. In the end your conclusion was that I was an LB lover. so I am to conclude you either didn't read the posts, wanted to flame me, were joking and wanted to get under my skin or have poor reading comprehension skills. That's my opinion. I will be the first to say that my misuse of smiley faces and poor grammar skills is why people like you(don't mean that as an insult) take sarcasm to seriously.

Not personal. Just sarcastic. Kind of like I do with you. I personally have no problem with ooh ahh. I'm sure he's a great person. These sites are for fun and that's what I take it as. But I'm being honest when I say I don't feel ooh ahh adds to many of my conversations and many of his dealings with me degenerate to this. Doesn't mean he does that with everyone. Just me. And obviously a few others.

Now Bonn, you on the other hand have been bitter with me for months and that pains me, because I think you are wonderful. Was it the how we deal with the rookies conversation? I feel you and I have grown apart since then.

You make it sound like somewhere along the line you passed around the Peace Pipe and I refused to puff. I've been willing to make nice-nice at any time. What's held things back is your insistence everyone is at fault but you; that I hijacked the thread; that I did you an injustice by paraphrasing your accusation that I "make stuff up and pass it off as fact" as being called a "liar"; and that you've somehow proved me wrong over and over 1000%.

Now you finally did post something meaningful about Brown's playbook in Detroit. THAT, as in EVIDENCE, does carry weight for me and goes a heck of a lot further toward contradicting me that all your previous posts where you claimed to have PROVED me wrong but did not. And this is where I took issue with you, you tried to make it seem as if the evidence I post to support my assertions is tainted, or worse, even my intent to evidence my assertion made me less credible on the whole, and all you had to do was question it as proof to prove I make stuff up.

As to who's evidence is more compelling regarding Brown's playbook, yours or mine, I'd still take mine since it was in the context of the knicks of which I was speaking. But I credit you for bringing something to the table to back your challenge.

Anyway, there were other tidbits of yours I could challenge, and challenges from you I could explain, but who cares? For instance, I actually didn't intend for my "care to eat your words" comment to be as abrasive as you took it. I told you I wrote a reply that I never posted and in it, after the playbook quotes, I phrased my challenge as "now call me ridiculous and preposterous again, beeyotch " Who knows, maybe that phrasing would have made all the difference. At the same time sometimes when I see you being acerbic with other posters it flavors my interaction with you. So there are many fine points that influence the dynamic.

But I'm not bitter, I hold no grudge, I played my part, we both threw some punches and both took some blows. I found it entertaining.

I still have more to say on Larry Brown and the knicks and I look forward to tossing ideas about with you going forward. The truth is none of us really disagree on what went wrong as much as it sometimes appears. We all know who the protagonists of the franchise are and they all deserve a fair share of blame, we just quibble over the amount and the context.

Still, I suspect we'll get testy again from time to time, it's in our nature. Ain't no big thing.
