Even if you don't make it, you try and create a buzz. Mailing it in hurts the team, the developement, and fan base.

Or in other words, tank, but don't make it seem that way!

I really agree with that. We should play Sweets and Ariza as much as possible. That is exactly what Guns has been telling me for the last month. You root for a win but dont cry if they lose. That in some way means, players still play hard to win. And telling the players to tank the games will really hurt. Dont throw games, just play the young guys more and let them play hard.

Rebuilding is fine, but not at the expense of losing to the Celtics. i really particularly hate their current version. They're a more stupid mismatched collction of dysfunctional parts than we are! i would so love for GP to be exposed as old and washed up, have Marbs beat him continually off the dribble, have Brewer harrass him into tech's and maybe an ejection (nasty, aren't I?). let that overpaid overrated bum pierce chuck and miss all he wants, let that bonehead Davis miss his open windmill jams, let Raef sprain whatever's on tonight's list, let jefferson and Perkins contine to not meet all that "potetial" . . .

I understand. I hate Dave Cowens. Jo Jo WHite, Don Nelso, and the reast of 70's Celts.

The Larry Bird Celts were ok cuz I hated the Lakers even more. That Magic love thing was so over the top. I respected his game, but the Magic man was just everywhere. I liked the Spurs cuz they were cool. Finger Roll!

Hard to Bird, McHale and Parrish played a good game. They were ugly! Show time was too pretty, too smiley, and I about threw up when Magic and Iaiah kissed at mid court before the game. Damm, I still can't forgive Isiah for that crap.
