FUCK THEM PICKS! Such a smart defender. That steal late in the game when he was pressuring his man and the ball passed him and got him from behind was ****ing awesome!

As said by others, he has been up to now on a very team friendly contract which was one considerattion for the picks.
Also, Bogdonovich 19mm contract had to have a pick attached to it.
What has become of the 3 picks we gave up? Not like any of those have amounted to anyting that exceeds what he has done for us.
The swaps are not important as long as Knicks are NOT in the lottery.
Love the guy. If anything should knicks need to make a move this off season you trade him high. But nobody wants that.

Doubt the sign and trade is still a thing but would I move Mikal, Mitch, Kolek (Marguette local guy1) and a few easy picks for Giannis and we can keep depth for a legit run? Lets see how the rest of this year goes.

Im thinking Giannis won't fetch a kings ransom as contending teams can't affort to pay big if giannis does not sign an extension. If he wants to contend he can't go to a team that guts itself. Question is he willing to gamble if he gets hurt?

He had a great game. Roses to Bridges for this one! Those 2 3pt shots were clutch and the steal was a thing of beauty! He certainly has a way of getting that big defensive play at the end of important games!

Huge part of the teams success the last two seasons. The hate he gets has never been warranted. Quiet assassin role. JB/KAT/OG work so well because they have Mikal and Hart. Two guys who don't need the ball to impact the games. When you need them they are there to make the right play and make a big shot or steal. I love this entire roster. It really is a well built mix of talent/skill/ego.

Seems like given Mikal’s slow start coincided with the Knicks slow start, then Mikal gets hot and Knicks get hot, we have sort of become a team that’s success is dependent on him.

Mikal and Shamet are the two glue guys that have that effect on the team

JB said after game 1 that the Knicks play best when they play with pace. Bridges plays best in transition, or with pace. The Knicks could play two man with JB and KAT but they aren’t getting the most out of everyone else without it

I think that Bridges is effectively the Knicks barometer. The Knicks are at their best when Bridges is at his best… didn’t they say the same thing about Bill Bradley 🧐
