I lost like 30 pounds in my first 2 months on it. Still was able to eat homemade sweets while on it. Now I know a little more about the Costco experience. It was fun. I spent $317, but I only bought a few goodies and most of it was staples for healthy eating. I bought about $150 worth of sardines to get ready for a keto period. Super dense nutrients like that are helpful for feeling sharp and nourished without the need to overeat. There's a whole thing on YouTube about sardine fasts where people go anywhere from 3 days to 3 months on nothing but sardines. Even my favorite social media doctor, Dr. Berg, advocates for it. I think I'll mix in celery and some other veggies to keep the roughage going so I don't get a case of sardine ass. |

The level at which KAT is passing lately is exceptional
This could be a pivotal improvement going into the playoffs It is erasing the issue before of KAT either chucking or barreling into the rim Now he is weaponizing himself at mid-range with his passing. |
