If Brunson and Hart decide to take the night off on defense and allow Rollins and Thomas to take open threes, it's going to be another long night.

OG's been back physically since the break but his offensive skill set has yet to return.

Novak’s voice reminds me of Bill Walton at times.

I’m shocked that Josh is able to play with that funky finger.

Game's over and still on the first page? Hmmmm

Interesting game. Knicks played good solid basketball with the unusual twist that most of their points were scored by individual players in bunches, First Hart, then Brunson, KAT, then OG in the 3rd and then Diawara and Bridges in the 4th. That won't happen very often, but it was done in the context of a coherent collective effort on both ends so I guess you'd call this The Hot Hand Game.

One thing Brown does seem capable of is riding the hot hand which is what a good coach should do. For instance, if Brunson is hitting everything in sight in the first then you go with it. The problems arise when Brunson is chucking and missing and doesn't recalibrate and refocus on facilitating until he finds his scoring flow again later in the game.

Riding the hot hand was something Thibs was actually abysmally bad at. He would be so rigid about his rotations, he'd sit a guy in the middle of a burner and squander that free candy. Happened so often that it really handicapped this team. I feel Brown is more flexible in this regard which is good.

Good to see Kolek back on the court even if during garbage time. Jemison had a couple of nice plays too.

You can't read too much into this win, because these are games they should dominate, but they looked like they had a chance to sort some things out at their scrimmage the other day. All Brown is really asking for is quick, decisive ball movement and you saw more of it tonight. It's not about set plays if you ingrain this in the club's identity. It's a good philosophy so I wish Brown luck with imprinting this on their brains while they have some time before the playoffs.

KAT was much better tonight. Not forcing anything, more alert overall.

OG looks recovered from the toenail incident. It would be a mistake to underestimate his importance to the success of the offense.

Biggest individual takeaway is Diawara is now taking on whole teams and breaking down defenses by himself. He doesn't have much trouble getting to the rim most of the time. He's already better at this than either OG or Bridges which is pretty wild. This kid is going to be sick and is probably the future face of the Knicks.

Surprised we actually were interested in playing a regular season game in Milwaukee on a Friday night in February. This team is so weird to understand.

I know no Giannis but Bucks have been playing really well and have a really good offense but kudos to Brown and this team for locking down on defense. We held another team to under 100 points (98 points on 43%) and we outrebounded them 44-33.

I don't care if Hart shoots 0/20 from three. He needs to shoot them when he's open and he did last night and knocked down two early ones that set the tone. He's shooting 40% from three this season so he needs to keep shooting them when teams dare him! When he hesitates he hurts the team so bad and will one day make SergioNYK punch a wall!

Cap was unstoppable in the first with 22. Thought he was going for 50 but he didn't need to with KAT, OG and Shamet chipping in. KAT had a really good game! Played with excellent patience and pace and made some really nice passes. Especially that jump cross court to Shamet for a three! Good to see we are also calling some plays for him down low. That drop step looks really good! And good to see OG bounce back. He's a different player when that three is falling for him. I think Tyler, who is excellent btw, said we are like 25-1 when he hits two or more threes! And lastly I'm so glad the Sochan experiment is over and Mo D took advantage and played really well. Those moves with his handle and footwork are very exciting. This kid has a chance to be a really good player!

Great game!
Fun road win vs a sort of playing well Buck team.
WE can't be happy about a win I suppose.
Can't be happy until we validate we truly contending?

This team had few days off and I suppose get some practice in.
Mikal did not score much, but filled up the stats in other places. Not saying have a parade for him but at least recognize when he achieves his baseline. It mattered.

OG? The scoring outburst in the 3rd was fun. So was him stealing and scoring on the same play! Kid is a ****ing demon!
So happy we don't have Kuzma at that salary. Its bad enough we have clarkson but has his salary he is not a problem. Kuzma looks like ****.

This was not a bell weather game. BUt still fun for a Friday night. Back home vs. Spurs. That might tell us something. Sochan revenge game! LOL.........

im puerto rican and im so happy to have Jose here, he's a really good bench piece and I think will be pivotal in the playoffs. That being said, man Kolek should be playing more. For all the hate Thibs got, Brown hasn't played a single young player significant minutes even when they have showed they deserve it.

Now I'm convinced we are 100% hiding MO a bit until we lock him up long term this summer, and truth be told at 20 he's probably not quite ready for this anyway and this is a great learning season for him.

But Kolek is ready and he changes the game for us, we don't win the cup without him. Really disappointing to see him basically out of the rotation now. Imagine when Deuce comes back? There's clearly not enough room for Deuce, Kolek, Jose and SHamet... so someone will have to go. Shamet's a sniper and invaluable two way player IMO. Jose's ballhandling is sorely needed. and Kolek's passing dimension is something we lack. Deuce would seem the odd man out next year IMO, especially since we probably can't afford to give him $10m+ on his next deal. Wouldn't be surprised to see him moved for a future pick at the deadline, assuming we have assurances that Shamet and Jose will be back.

Jericho Simms revenge game did not happen.
He been playing and Doc Rivers praising him.
He still doing his stoic thing but for some reason he does not project a "cool vibe". Handsome kid, should be a model.
To me he looks empty. No fire, personality, or inherent talent. Yet here he is still in the NBA, making 2.4mm this year and has a player option for 2.8 for next. His career earnings will be at least 10mm! Hopefully he is banking it and had a plan. A good plan.
Nalod being a dumb fan. His father played college ball and is a dentist. While I don't know boo about him perhaps a better role model and advisor for many things important. Better than Tee Morant or Lavar Ball influneces. His two brothers played colege ball also.
