Just wondering if anyone 1) prefers the audio coverage 2) needs more exercise. During most games I try to exercise during the first quarter or first half and listen to the game on the radio. Last season I didn't stick to that often. I have been recently diagnosed with some life changing conditions so exercise is no longer a discretionary option. So anyone want to join me for a first quarter or first half exercise session. While the Knicks are running and gunning, we can also be stepping and repping. We can share our respective progress or activities that we do from time to time to keep the energy moving for everyone participating.

If you post that you've done xyz during the first half, it might motivate me to get off the couch. I have a stationary bike and adjustable dumbbells in the same room. There's not many excuses for them to be collecting dust.

I do my weight lifting Saturday and Sunday morning, like 5 exercises per muscle group worked that day. With a lighter session of 2 exercises per muscle group Tuesday and Wednesday in the AM. So during the games I likely will take a walk use elliptical or stretch. I'd be interested to see what others might do. For now I don't know what Ill during the games. Every game might be different. Point is we all do something. Your creative Can't wait to hear what you do.

There is a fitness series from back in the day that I use whenever I fall out of shape and have to kick start a program. It's free on YouTube. From Beach Body, Tony Horton, P9O Sculpt and P90 Cardio. Not P90X a earlier less hardycore series P90 introduces people out of practice to movement and resistance. For folks looking to get off the couch these old programs are time tested. Jessica Alba will be making an indecent proposal to you in no time.

Back in the day when Marv and Clyde were in the radio together I’d mute the tv volume and play the radio feed

Might find myself doing this more depending on the fallout from the new tv deal. Monica and Pat are fun.

I used to have an elliptical machine and would just hit the elliptical during games just to stay moving.

No idea if people still use Peloton on here, but I joined the #knickstape. I think Peloton now has a deal with the NBA where they will stream in some of the games on the bike so you can pedal while watching games.

That said if you're trying to exercise more often I would highly recommend subscribing tot he Peloton app. Even if you don't get the bike, there's so many exercise programs on there of varying different times. Makes it way easier to get yourself in the groove and in the habit.

Thread is about a work out routine during games. You CrossFit or cross dressing like Marv Albert, then "Play the radio Feed"?

Since you mention Marv Albert cross dressing, I guess all forms of kinky behavior can be considered as exercise

True. perhaps how you "pull" for your team might determine benefit?

I'm not gonna say if it's good or bad. I will say it's OK to keep some things to yourself. Now let me get back to searching for deep fake porn videos of Knick City dancers with faces superimposed on the bodies of little people...

So what you guys are basically saying is that you'll be targeting your forearms during Knicks games workouts ? I see those are muscles rarely worked out in the gym. Glad to see at the board we won't skip forearm day.

Oh ****, I kinda missed replying to this. Good luck with the extra exercise. I am the type to wait until at least 1st quarter is done to start watching and zip through commercials and will causally join when I can.

But if you was to do some exercises what would you most likely do ?
