Miami looking to make a push into the top 6;
Knicks looking to remain in the top 6 and avoid the playin (where you could end up in the lotto)

This will feel like a playoff game- knicks have to go to JR and Brunson and Hart and IQ
Need Mitch and grimes playing better

Bam and butler and herro will feast

Spoelestra was super pissy after the last game. If Knicks can get the win it will go a long way toward dismantling the Heat.

I don't know that the Heat can't catch us. We have been, for 20+ years, a cursed franchise. It would be our luck to lose 2x to the Heat and end up in the play in.

The Heat's schedule seems harder:

Under tough opponents - the Nets and the Mavs - not sure either team is as good as their record is now - maybe the Nets are.

The old Knicks would carry the losing momentum from the wolves game and get blown out this game. And send the knick fan base up side down.
