![]() He's been too huge for this team. Heck even last night when he had to run to the locker room the composure on the team completely combusted. A+ pick up. More power to Julius too welcoming him and growing a lot of chemistry together. I'm not sure if Ben Simmons would've had the same response.

![]() Great acknowledgment great post. Jalen Brunson is everything to the Knicks. He doesn’t need to have 13 assists like Steve Nash to equate to making everyone better// he makes everyone better no matter what he is doing and how he acts.I’m 55 now seen many Knick teams. Right now I’ve never seen an all around Knick better than Brunson. I do remember the end years of Frazier but I don’t remember 1973 etc maybe 75-76 and still I can’t visualize a great player at 6-8 years old. I do remember sitting real close to the court several ganes🤪 but I think Brunson better than prime Ewing

Yep about Simmons During the game vs the Nets Clyde kept saying Simmons is a nice guy and what has happened to him is a tragedy. Knicks could likely get Simmons for Evans and Roses contract to help them lose that contract. Would you take a shot on Simmons and see if the team can help him ? Simmons on the bench defending the 1-5 ? |

Couple of second round picks? I would definitely take a flier on him if they just released him. Everything you have ever wanted is on the other side of fear- George Adair

![]() Knicks got incredibly lucky that Dallas screwed up and they got him so cheap. He’s a superstar in every sense. These days I try to convince myself why he’s not a player who can have a championship offense built around him. He’s just the complete player and has become so clutch.

![]() that being said Brunson is literally just so wonderful. You talk about an extension to the coaching staff and leading by example... they really knew what they were doing

At least you remember seeing Clyde play, that’s cool. Brunson better than prime Ewing is…………disrespectful? It’s hard to compare since Brunson just started but I understand as far as the visual and instant impact Brunson had vs Ewing long impactful career as the face of the franchise. Brunson not there yet but he’s capable. I agree with that. I also feel better that you don’t remember the 73 game either and your 5 yrs older 😆. But that makes since as a 5yr old. Born in Brooklyn, Raised in Queens, Lives in Maryland.
The future is bright, I'm a Knicks fan for life!

![]() Still totally wild to me that Brunson is perhaps Literally the best ISO guy in the league. And I think those numbers hold up in crunch time too?

That isn't because he's quicker, or faster, or stronger. Or even because his shot is more pure. It's because he's smarter. He knows how to create shots despite being nowhere in the toolsy top of the list. |

![]() The difference in Randle's decision making with and without Brunson in the game is noticeable. Brunson literally makes his teammates better.

![]() Brunson's impact on the accountability, determination, focus, and overall skill level of this team has been amazing. It goes to show that a strong floor leader makes all the difference in determining your team's success. We have not had a real point guard in 10 years, and that is why we have sucked for the past 10 years for the most part. Knicks should win the GM award for their moves over the past year.

![]() I swear this franchise is snake bitten. No chance of finishing in the Top 6 without him. Everything goes right and the wheels fall off
