![]() SVG was all over this and Im surprised nobody bought it up.
Eating your way out of a team is not a good idea. It makes for nice starphuch hoping dreams. Would I want a healty svelt talent that is his potential? Sure. is this an act of defiance or just a fat guy story? But until then im rooting for all my guys to do well. Especially enjoying RJ Barrett. |

![]() I don’t think he is doing it consciously. I think he may need help. I’d argue that perhaps with Cam & RJ, we are well positioned to trade for him and provide him the foundation to get his head right.

C’mon, get him to NY is not easy to get your head right. |

![]() I do think Zion wants to come here. RJ is his boy and now another old buddy of his Cam is also on the roster. He’d be a marketing dream in New York. No one in New Orleans gives a rats @ss about the pelicans all they care about is the Saints and LSU
Now will it happen? The dream would be Randle in a salary dump and we throw in the Mavs pick to sweeten the pot. I doubt it tho. The move would economically make too much sense for the nba but Silver is an idiot |

![]() If we had drafted Zion originally can you imagine what Knicks fans and media would be saying about him? But because he’s on another team we want to trade our best player plus #1’s plus whatever so we can hate on his fat butt.

Does he become the player he showed promise to become? Or is he Michael Sweetney 2.0? I think it's a big risk either way. Depending on where we end up drafting, I might swap back with NO in this draft as part of a deal. |

![]() I think this rumor is a bit bloated. It has a lot of fat on it. Although Zion would be huge here, I just dont think the Pels can give up on such a big prospect. My feeling is he will be cooking with hot grease next year and this gigantic rumor will be just a big pile of crap in the rear view mirror. I think the kid will come out large to start the season and end on a real high note to end it. He will have a heavy impact on all opponents.
But if he does decide to come here, I think it is in his best interest. After all, we have some the best facilities from all over the world that can provide him with what he is looking for. 'Knicks focus should be on players that have grown up playing soccer or cricket' - Triplethreat 8/28/2020

![]() Really, we pretending we know what he wants and thinks?
Just because they played together for a 10 months RJ is “his boy”? Maybe RJ is like “keep that fat phuck out of here and let me do my work!? Im just guessing that just becuase there were teammates he wants to be in NY were ever thing he does is under a microscope including the media reporting every meal he orders out. How many Knick fans think everyone wants to be hear and we can make any trade we want, and if we don’t, shame on the FO? Media and blogs perpetuate this over and over and we regurgitate to the point we believe it. What does PHilC really know? He comes off like a “Zion insider” when he don’t know any more less than any of us. Lets look beyond the Knicks, how ‘bout them lakers? Media has them painted a disaster! From Lebron Blame, or Pelinka blame its “Catastrophic”! Reality is they won a freaking chip 18 months ago! I don’t have any starphuch answers anymore than what I have read. I enjoyed yestedays first quarter and RJ’s ascent. Take what I can get for now. Zion? Not our Problem. |

If this is a way for us to get out from under Randle’s quagmire of a contract that in of itself makes it a good deal for us Zion averaged 27 and 7 in his one full season in the nba in 2020-2021. It’s not like he’s been Michael Olowokandi |

![]() That team is a mess imagine trading Holiday for a collection of late firsts, letting Lonzo walk, hiring SVG, taking on Adams and Bledsoe for no reason only to trade them one year later and give up a lottery pick.
They have drafted terribly with all their picks and are all over the place. Don’t blame him for wanting out, Griffin panicked too early. Zion at the 5 and RJ at the four would be very interesting with some shooters around them. |

![]() Heck NO !!! We already invested a 3rd pick in FOOLS gold RJ Barrett who poor defense, and Ball-Stopping has loss more Knicks games than his individual-performance has won (3-7). Yes, Barrett could score on ISO moves, but his low IQ performance going down the stretch of games are worthless, I would rather have Quickley or rookie Grimes talent the final 6 min of each game.
And we invested a first-round pick in Cam Reddish because he out played RJ Barrett on offense/defense in all 5 of our post season games. Now u want to add FAT-Boy Zion who's performance are to slow on the defensive-end to help his teammates get a Stop, plus the only offensive play he's good at is grabbing a defensive rebound and dribbling the ball up court for a dunk. Plus Zion was to raw and imature to play in the front court alongside Adam. |
