After the horror show of Portland I was ready to take a step back from the Knicks for the year. Then my wife decided to surprise me on Valentine's Day with Knicks tickets. What message is she trying to convey?

That your wife subconsciously wants to punish you? What ya do wrong? lmao.

That was our worst loss in some time. However, my involvement in athletics has taught me that you do not quit but rather pick yourself up and stay positive about the next day.

Think the first three quarters in Portland showed we are gelling and starting to play together. It hopefully taught the players you can't shut off the effort. Also, that Randle is starting to turn it back around. That we have another young player showing promise and that Kemba may start contributing with some offense. We just need those guys to keep playing well and for all the other supporting cast to play like they did last year. ie, Burks, IQ and the C's. Good news is that we can only go up from here.

It's not that they can't get going, it's the fact that they then stop for a whole quarter and play some of the worst knicks basketball you've ever seen, so badly it drains your will to live- its like watching 5 elfrid paytons play at once.

As long as Coach Thibs continues to start both Kemba Walker and especially Evan Fournier we'll just continue to lose while playing atrocious Defense.

Tonight will be no different. Awful OKC or not.
