Because that move means Isiah is back in charge and another 10-20 years of unwatchable basketball. Even if we take a step back this season we at least have nice young players with potential
Lillard's injury is a lot more painful/debilitating than I initially thought- Abs Tenonapathy actually is felt where the tendons attach to the pubic bone, so he'll be in a lot of pain when he moves/twists turns. OCaused by chronic overuse only way to fix it is rest, but instead he played the olympics, and now they've given him a cortisone shot and sent him back in- ridiculous. Think he's going to age quickly and badly, so there's no way I want to trade for him.
There are no big names available that I want. Lillard is on the downslope, Simmons is a headcase and I doubt the 76ers want to trade with us
Sabonis and Turner are pipedreams. After that blowout at Indianapolis other night no way do they want our players - I doubt their FO was high on our assets to begin with
We need to dump the Randle and Fournier contracts and continue to do it the old fashioned way — build through the draft
