I was thinking of old Zach - great player we gave up for less just to make our own roster worse! Definitely some similarity of style of play. I think Zach was better! |

Think Kerr said last year to his team "You need to play like the knicks!!!!" We had a better record then them last season. Your the guy who predicted they'd win 55-60 games this season. Funny, look at pace and Pts scored over the years and you see that again, your making **** up. https://www.basketball-reference.com/leagues/NBA_stats_per_game.html Its ok to stamp your feet and be angry we a game under .500, but when you try to apply logic to the emotional it really does not look good. |

Why doesn't every NBA coach tell their players to be high iq and play like GSW? Because not every coach can focus and provide the system on offense that enables players to play like GSW. MDA did with us. He got a super marginal talent like Chris Duhon to pass and create wonderful offense. 22 assists against Golden State. Could Thibs do that? Seems to me his offense is give it to Randle, let him bowl his way to the basket or a turnover. If we traded Thibs for MDA, I think it is safe to say our offense would look so much better, we'd probably be scoring a lot more points, Randle would absolutely be the center, he'd probably start Kemba, Fournier and IQ with RJ as the PF. Now - we'd then be complaining about the defense. Our record might be worse. |
