It is still frustrating, though. Maybe we get lucky with the draw this year, but with our luck, who knows.

In reference to what I posted....I don't understand the reason behind your reply. You said the same thing i said....i meant to say 2 of 4 will be there....maybe that confused you. BTW.... I think Knox has as much potential as the other guys. Knox seems like the type of guy to play better in the NBA than he did in college.

Yeah and I still believe that--or close to it. The problem is we couldve set a plan as a franchise to "atleast" lose those last two games --that cost us as many as 3 spots. There was only negative value winning. We can never help ourselves.

I don't get it. You said the top 10 are all worthy of a #1 spot in any other year. So that means picking 8 or 9 should be more than fine..right?

You know the Knicks are going to get jumped on lottery day. That is almost a given. Probably going to be picking 10 or 11. With that said if there is a player that the Knicks are targeting be prepared to be in the outside looking in. The Knicks probably take a player that has no business being a Knick. Like Jordan Hill.

While winning the last game sucked.

We won with Frank getting 37mins
Burke 42 mins
Doston 33mins
Hicks 30mins
Kornet 28mins
Jacks 19mins

When you attempt to lose all you can do is play the end of your bench 30 mins which was done. Hicks and Kornet dropping 15 & 23 pts. I mean....

The only reason we got Hill is because Walsh and his team didnt do their homework, were more interestsd in landing LeBron at all cost. We have a much better scouting staff, personel in place this time IMO. I dont see Perry taking this draft lightly. Wherever we pick, Im confident this front office will at the very least, do their homework. Wether or not the pick pans out is another matter.

yup. Exactly what was hornacek suppose to do? Tell them to stop scoring? These guys are trying to prove they belong.

not always a valid notion. a few years ago we similarly "screwed" ourselves with a couple of late wins and dropped 2 spots to 4th where we landed kp. what do you think the odds are we would have taken russsell or okafer instead with the 2 or 3? maybe close to 100%? we did help ourselves there.
