I doubt he gets claimed but I hope he signs for the minimum. His defense is needed but that won't help this year.

If I have to choose between Gaines undrafted finds I go with Galloway over N'dour.

We should have never have let him walk. Nice backup player who would have done solid in this style of offense.

I agree. I loved Rose pre-awol but something is missing since that happened. My brother-in-law bought me an awesome rose shirt from fanatics for xmas. I was dieting and doing a new work out routine and wanted to drop a few more lbs before I wore it. He went awol and the knicks have sucked since xmas. I can't wear the shirt. If the Knicks can't move rose for rubio or something I think they should waive him. I don't think Phil does that. Not positive that he is a narcissist but I would bet my car on it.

You know I actually forgot that Sasha was still on the knicks for some reason. They could cut him and give him a job on staff but that might be too smart.

He'll go to a playoff team- Cavs, Pacers, Wizards, etc, lots of them are looking for some backcourt depth- he'll be good on a winner, has some clutch ability.

Gallo from NOLA, or his wife is, and it him going there was part money, part family. I feel bad these guys lives and careers get derailed when its someone gets traded and you become cap fodder and get cut.

He'll get paid, and if he clears waivers, he is a free agent who still gets his contract fulfilled. Money wise, not a bad thing. For some players, its about being established and he was still working on that. I hope he lands in a good situation.
Knicks wanted him but I thought he needed to wait until we needed to make other moves first and NOLA offer was too good to pass on for him and they got him.

Like the guy. But think the Front office should be working on other issues. Not just a 12 or 13 guy. Also seems unlikely they resign a guy they did not think was worth the investment to begin with.

Gallo is a small SG. He is not a PG, can only pass about as well as Rose. And his defense is overrated IMHO. Very good rebounder for a wing.

With Lee and Holiday on the team (and Baker at min cost), why would you want Gallo on team? Doesn't make sense to me.

And he has a player option at $5M next year.

If we clear out Melo and Rose, I'd consider picking him up , just because he's good character, hard worker, cheap and familiar- I'd like a little continuity.
