At the end of the day, all the matters is we have KP, Willy, and all of our draft picks moving forwards. The outside noise and off the court stuff doesn't matter. Phil needs to continue to guide this team in the right direction for the future, even if the present is so messed up.

There is an entire generation that has never seen the Knicks be good. You need to be loud about this for the god damned kids man. I have 4 kids. I am trying really hard to get them to be Knick fans like me. My youngest who is 12 is an OKC fan. He said that its really hard to root for the Knicks because of Dolan. He said that the Knicks always sucked. Its tough to make new Knick fans. Hopefully KP and Willy can get them back. |

Phil really just wants players that sacrifice for the TEAM and the guys he tries to add or draft mostly fit that description. The problem is the guys that are supposed to be leading by example are not buying into the TEAM CONCEPT. The only hope is NEW BLOOD. The Draft is going to be paramount for resolving what's been wrong with the franchise IMO. We need more talented, good kids that don't have agendas or selfish attitudes. That will change the reputation of the franchise for the better! |

I have been a fan since I was 4 years old listening to the games with my dad on the radio. I remember Marv, Clyde, the Pearl, Jackson, Wingo and so on! I was devastated when Clyde was traded. The rest is history as they say. The current Knicks are a mess but they have been worse. Team basketball is exactly what Phil wants for the KNicks. It is how he grew up in the league! He preached it everywhere and even though he had HOF players, they all bought in. Now, they are not. My hope is that Melo finally realizes this and it clicks. My head says he will not. Whether he does or not, all I care is that NY wins! |

It's sad because if your not at least 21 yrs old, you know the knicks as losing lottery team, bottom of the barrel, dysfunctional...we had one decent era, and that was walsh end glenn..Isaiah and Phil have been really bad.. But according to espn, Phil now has the worse record as President of the franchise in the teams 70 yr existence.. ES

I don't really have fond memories of the Walsh era- they weren't good times (maybe the first 2 months with Amar'e) |

A LOT will depend on this coming draft and summer moves. I really like the young players Phil has brought in and if he can have a couple more successful drafts that would be HUGE for this team. I really don't think enough Media and Fans are focusing on this fact. Yeah the losing has been rough but in the end Phil had ONE 1st rd Pick in all this time and now he's likely to have another shot at it this year. He's tried to hold on to the picks and add youth where he could. If we could be fortunate enough to land one of the top guards in this draft then this could turn around for this franchise. |

I'm heartened to see that you guys now accept that Dolan is our owner and deserving of praise. He's doing a great job by giving Phil a free hand and I commend him, as I know you all do.
FIX THE KNICKS / AND MAKE THEM SHINE / GET ’EM TO WIN LIKE ITS ’69 / HITTIN’ ALL THEIR FREE THROWS / AND NO MORE SHOOTING BRICKS / TIME TO GET IT RIGHT / AND FIX THE KNICKS

Personally I don't think it matters whether we like Dolan or not. He's stayed out of basketball decisions and intends to let Phil do his job. That is a good thing! We need to stop the merry go round in the front office. The Media and some fans always start the drumbeat for guys to get fired but in this case I think we need to let Phil finish what he started.
It might not seem like it with the losing but there's been progress under Phil. Progress with the younger players rather than the older vets!!! He's gonna have more opportunities to add more young talent so let's see how that goes. |

Dolan is friends with Trump. Dolan was sporting Under Armour today on the Michael Kay show. Dolan made the Rockettes perform for Trump even though they didn't want to. Dolan presided over Anucha Brown's sexual harassment at the Garden and still won't admit Isiah was guilty of it and will probably hire Isiah again when Phil is gone. Dolan is a former alcoholic who accused with little to no evidence Charles Oakley of being an alcoholic. That's slander by the way. Oak can sue. The NBA players association will probably pay for it.
The Knicks will never be a winning organization as long as Dolan is there. His petty incompetence rings through the halls at the Garden. I hope he leaves, but we all know he never will. Owning the Knicks is the only thing he's ever "accomplished." ¿ △ ?
