sht was so bogus from the start, he didn't even need an attorney for this trumped up(throw on the wall and see if it sticks) suit that a bunch of greedy lawyers (who strictly go after athletes) concocted her to file.

The woman's claims seemed questionable and then when her girl said she made the whole thing up, there was really no way the jury could rule in her favor.

For a predominantly female jury to fully clear Rose in only 3 hours of deliberation, the plaintiff must have looked really deceitful on the stand.

In reality, everyone has been a loser in this case, lessons learned, let's all move on.

Glad this is over. It really was a tough thing to deal with for everyone involved. NO ONE came out looking good in this case. Messy stuff but now we can move on and get on with basketball and hopefully no more accusing Forum Members of excusing rape!!!

What kind of man would want to pull a train on a female. It's wrong. I'm glad its over and now its time for Derek Rose to earn his pay.

You judging his sexual preferences? She was his girl for 18 months. There were other trains involving Rose and her, including the two friends in question. Maybe you haven't seen much porn in your day, but it's not all that uncommon for a nympho to want to do a few dudes at once, or in a row. If it's her thing, then why judge her or Rose. What they do in privacy is for them to know about, not the public. This classless golddigga made it public, and props to Rose for calling her on it. Saved himself a lot of cheddah.

Now it's time to hoop in NYC!

What's disturbing is that there are some media members that are upset about this, like they wanted so badly for him to be guilty so they could crucify him and mock the Knicks as well. Rose may not be a good person, but which is more f'ed up: Rose taking a pic with a juror after the verdict, or a reporter hoping that a rape did occur just so they would have something to write about for a week?

Or perhaps calling him a bad person cuz you don't agree with his private sex life? Maybe everyone should make public their web history before they hypocritically call out someone's private life. Don't condone it but not going to judge. To your point, the majority of people like to see things crash and burn. They want anyone, that has a dollar more than them or a slightly better life than them, come crashing down. Those trolls will find any reason to stand on their soap box. At least the media has the excuse that it's their job to wish bad on people so they can sell advertising.

What kind of woman would allow 3 men to run a train on her. That's why the criminal investigation last 23 minutes.

Really didnt know where this was headed until the friend testified that it was all a scheme. Looks like it was decided fairly.

As I posted from the article, it is expected that this will be brushed aside since he is on our team and we choose to ignore or not face it:

i dont remember anyone accusing forum members of excusing rape. However if Rose was still in a Bulls jersey i doubt he would have support even if he was innocent as well

Yea... we were all just another bunch of Cosby enablers. Man people really like to spout before they have a clue. I was not a fan of what he said either. Funny how many of the guys who were really jumping on Rose were the same guys who didn't like the trade. So phucking lame. Happy this BS is over and its back to hoops.

In other news KP killing it in the first half

First of all you are clearly not paying attention if you didn't read the posts making the accusations. 2nd you are doing the same BS garbage by assuming that people wouldn't make up their minds based on what they saw as the evidence in the case and having nothing to do with Rose being a Knick or not. That is BULLISH!!!

Stupid girl...
Instead of pulling this bulsht law suite she could have just tape the encounter and sell it to porno sites for good $$$$
Can you imagine... this will be pay-per-view stuff... "How I get a train with Rose and friends..."
