It is a civil case and if you take time to research it a bit I think you would be a little bit slower to condemn the guy. But the accuser’s attorney said the texts were taken out of context and they actually show that she never OK’d them barging into her house and forcing her into group sex, because she was too out of it to respond because the men allegedly drugged her earlier. The alleged victim’s lawyer said that Rose’s text reveal left out messages from Rose and co-defendant Ryan Allen telling the alleged victim to wake up before she said they allegedly broke in and raped her.
