Yea, he was roughly the same size as Iverson. Iverson was listed at 6 feet, but he'd be lucky to be 6 feet with shoes on. In this same picture, Isiah Thomas is a true 6'1 and clearly taller than Abdul-Rauf, though Mahmoud is also listed at 6'1.
I met Grant in person, before we drafted him. Imagine seeing Grant, his brother and father in the Department of Motor Vehicle (DC).....It was like watching three giants walk in. Grant has all the physical tools you want in a PG....His physical build and height is perfect for todays defense against guards like Curry and Westbrook. As he gets stronger and smarter, he will be a beast on defense.....Same with Wrotten.
I'm the same height as Iverson, Chris Jackson, Chris Paul.....6ft with shoes.....5'11 without. And Jerian Grant was clearly 6'3 or more. And he was shorter than his brother and father. If Grant was on a different team, in a different system, under less pressure, knick fans would be trying to trade for him. But in this environment, it's going to take him a little longer to become an impact player. He should continue where he left off next season, which is great for a second year PG.

The future is bright, I'm a Knicks fan for life!
