Uh uh Ahhhhh, not sooo fast!
http://deadspin.com/amare-stoudemire-doesnt-think-carmelo-anthony-has-handl-1761914908 Stat on Melo being selfish prick: “When you get involved in this situation, you have to take ownership of it,” Stoudemire said. “You have to make sure you made the right decisions for your team and teammates. You have to become a complete player in order to bring your team out of a rut. Everyone can’t do it.” Stat on Melo being jelly at Lin's shine: “If [Lin] stayed, it would’ve been cool,” Stoudemire said. “But everyone wasn’t a fan of him being a new star. So he didn’t stay long. Jeremy was a great, great guy, great with teammates, worked hard. He put the work in. We were proud of him having his moment. A lot of times you got to enjoy somebody else’s success. That wasn’t the case for us during that stretch. You got to enjoy that and let that player enjoy himself and cherish those moments. He was becoming a star and I didn’t think everyone was pleased with that.” Sucks that Melo decided to mature from his prissy self at the broken down age of 31. If he was younger, he'd sooooo want KP out of town, but oh well. Better to have DadMelo then no Melo at all, right guys? |

Love the part where Berman, former guy who covered tennis and who's true calling is donuts, says that it could not be confirmed he was talking about Melo but..... And we should listen to STAT, as he was not the cause of anything bad while he was here. Except for wasted 2 years of service. A broken extinguisher glass in the playoffs. And lots 9f spilled wine. I thought we all agreed not to post useless Fat Guy Berman articles unless they were about Burgers and Donuts? Next we are going to allow Ethics articles from shady lawyers and politician's. In addition, he used to make crazy comments all the time in the media then do the exact opposite, or more often than not dress for the game in formal wear (not available to play). Last season, he made quotes about the effort, proceeded to go on about how he was feeling great, then was out for a month and a half. Guy is delusional. So happy he is gone. |

You averaged out Melo's games played over the past 5 years and did not factor in the lockout season. You literally are so caught up in hating him that you will make up stats to support it. Very sad. |

If it paints this franchise blight we're saddled with who just happens to be leading the team in everything, it's got to be true and very "reasonable". Yes, Stat, that all around complete player who couldn't defend your local girl's high school star. The same Stat who made such tremendous decisions during his career here. Yes, Lin didn't stay because Melo didn't want him too. It had nothing to do with 21 million dollars over 3 years for what turned out to be a journeyman sub for Toney Douglas and Patrick Beverly. Because Melo made our GM hide in a closet. Next up, ChuckBuck digs up some quality quotes telling us how Steve Novak and Landry Fields would have been HOF'ers here if it wasn't for that beeyatch greedy bastid Melo! Stay tuned! |
