His shooting percentage is awful and that is suppose to be his bread and butter. Phil's biggest mistake was offering a contract to Melo damaged goods. Hopefully Melo waves his NTC and allows the Knicks to get some assets in return. right, when some homers touted his scoring, some haters whined about his assists and defense and that he's just an ahole chucker. He raises his all around game, and now it's his worst year ever. Check. Yes indeed, trade this selfish greedy chucker now, please: http://espn.go.com/nba/statistics/rpm/_/sort/DRPM/position/5 make sure you try and sheehit real good on the other names on that list. The fact he doesn't play 82 the fast the Knicks move on from Melo the better get younger faster more athletic. Your holding on to hope that he can turn back the clock it just doesn't happen. Get as much for him and move forward. You know and most know your not going to sniff a championship with Melo with a major role in the team. |

No, I'm noticing that despite his injury history, he's leading the team in every offensive stat. He's not turning the clock back, he's changed his game to move forward. You know and some on here know that even winning a chip with Melo on the team will be explained away some how. |
