He needs more shots and more focus in this offense. We need to focus on pace a little more as team really getting the athletes involved Williams Galloway Early--(especially Galloway) We only won versus LA because of a late letdown by them +4 with 3 minutes left. Were still not playing good offense

Dude put in the work in the offseason. Love it. Was down on him in SL but I guess that league sucks for some.

It's weird on shooting, 30% from 2 but like 60% from 3. Finishing at the basket much better than last year and his D has been stout.

Love that dude. He plays with a lot of heart. I love the fact that he is a student of the game
Thank God Fisher is no longer our coach, now let's get Calderon out of here:)

+1 Was also down on him after seeing him over the summer but seeing the difference in his game really makes you like the kid. He had to put in a lot of work in the off season.
Knicksfan: Hypocrite league that fines players after the game for flopping but in the game and with obvious flopping they call the fouls.

He's one of the PURE PJAX players we have now. No nonsense team players that grind hard on both ends. He's coming into his own and is a clutch performer. You could see his talents in spurts last year and he took his craft seriously and came back better. He's become a key part of this team.

can you not see him easily fitting on the spurs as well? that alone tells me this guy just needs mins. the whole running in the sand offseason has made him a very good stop on a dime n change direction type of defender
Nixluva is posting triangle screen grabs, even when nobody asks - Fishmike. LOL So are we going to reference that thread like the bible now? "The thread of Wroten Page 14 post 9" - EnySpree

to increase resistance while running and to train muscles to balance more accurately

Pretty sure that Wilt Chamberlain use to play beach volleyball to achieve the same effects as Gallo would get running in the sand.

I thought he would be better this year but summer league really threw us a curve ball, he looked bad in that discombobulated league.
Then the season starts and he was immediately back to great defender and good shooter. Now he is a great shooter dare we say.

Will be interesting to see what happens to Galloway after Affalo comes back, and Grant for that matter. Not really liking how Fisher is coaching, but it could be worse.

I thought it was Lance Thomas who ran in the sand or on beaches over the summer...

really

That's a common thing to do. In fact thanks for reminding me. I need to increase my conditioning. I learned that from playing with ex nba players. We have an area in our gym where I can do some laps. Rock climbing area is pretty big with sand like material on the surface.

Beach soccer is great for balance if you play soccer. Partially responsible for Brazil's beautiful game and why they are historically great moving the ball around the field. Not just on the ground but in the air as well. Great balance.

At least prior to Brazil wanting to play German brand of physical/defensive soccer under Dunga. Loved Dunga as a player but he should not try to change their identity that's been historically great. Then again with the exception of Neymar the players newer players are just not good enough or smart enough anymore.

I thought that running in sand was bad for your Achilles tendons. Do they run barefoot?

You have to assume they are barefoot. Running on sand in shoes would be awful on the Achilles lol
