![]() Wow...
I'm about 2 months older than he was...pause for thought.
Sad. EnySpree: Can we agree to agree not to mention Phil Jackson and triangle for the rest of our lives?

![]() I guess this is what it's like to grow older and realize that you're heroes are going to be passing away and you aren't going to be here forever either. This is why I believe you enjoy every second of life. Don't waste time on negativity and anger. Life is a gift. I was a HUGE Dr. J fan and loved those early Sixers teams. Malone was amazing and seemed so much older than he actually was. Fo-Fo-Fo forever.

Life is a strange tough ride at times. Guy looks completely healthy could live another 25 years and doesn't wake up. You just have to enjoy your life the best that you can every day. RIP Crushalot😞

![]() very sad - but with these athletes - they tend to have enlarged hearts and put a lot of stress that normal people don't. I also suspect some of these athletes from past era's may not have had the best diets, etc.
Melo reminds me a little of moses- the way he grabs his own rebounds! |

![]() RIP, Mr. Chairman. You will be missed. Taken way too young. One of the greatest players of all time. I wasn't aa Sixers fan growing up, but love watching him and Dr. J play. A thing of beauty.

![]() Damn, very sad and so soon after Darryl Dawkins. Unfortunately, the human body wasn't designed for these kinds of heights. 7 footers tend to have a lot of heart problems and shorter lifespans.
Now the joy of my world is in Zion
How beautiful if nothing more
Than to wait at Zion's door
I've never been in love like this before
Now let me pray to keep you from
The perils that will surely come

![]() had to have been heart failure. he was a great player. damn it to hell!
knicks win 38-43 games in 16-17. rose MUST shoot no more than 14 shots per game, defer to kp6 + melo, and have a usage rate of less than 25%

![]() One of the best memories I have was of a basketball camp I attended where he and Kelly Tripucka played one on one. Moses destroyed him. It was all fun and games though.
Ewing's first NBA basket was a dunk right over Malone's back. Will never forget seeing that. Ewing: "Then Moses kicked my butt".

![]() Sad and sobering news. Moses Malone was an all-time great. Just thinking about some of the names who have passed on in recent years, Ray Williams, Caldwell Jones, Daryl Dawkins, Marvin Barnes, Moses. These are all guys from my generation. I echo the thoughts...Life is precious and fleeting. Each day we wake up is a blessing and not to be wasted.
